A week ago I had purchased a 3DS game and when I got home to try it the game had a corrupted save file. I thought nothing of it, went online and found a way to wipe the memory and start a new game. Problem was I tried again the next day and got the same message of a corrupted save data. After testing it on different 3ds systems I still got the same message. I called to see what can be done about it and they told me they may not be able to help me because one week passed. I’m going to visit the store tomorrow and hopefully something can be done but why the hell is game stop selling broken games? I know they should test them before buying off a costumer but did no one think maybe they shouldn’t sell broken games to costumers? I’ll ad an update once I return from the store tomorrow

The worker was just talking to the customer for almost 15 minutes straight we were waiting for nothing. We understand that theres limits with covid but come on taking that long. Get his number and have a conversation some other time.she has pink or purple hair

Got what I wanted at a great price. The sales person was polite and very knowledgable. They were good about maintaining social distancing by only having 5 people in at a time and I still didnt have to wait very long.

Was disappointed that they had run out of Inferno thumb sticks. Great service but it would have been nice to Purchase them for my boyfriend. Now he has to go another week putting his poor thumbs on those naked analog sticks.

It was good, they didnt have what I initially wanted but I was still able to get something to compensate for it.

Favorite gamestop by far.

I have been shopping GameStop for years for buying games for my video game console. Yesterday I brought a Funky Star Wars Mandalorian set.

Great day today. Left with the 4 games for 20$ the man helped me out big time. Did not hesitate to help us right away. Made my purchase better by making one unattainable game head straight to my doorstep. I will be heading to the website and give him a high survey review. The GameStop itself was fairly small. But the games they had is a great selection as any other GameStop. Make sure you leave them that good good review if they helped out out as they did me.

Service would depend on what employee you get that day or hour. Some employees can range to just stay behind register and say if you need help to a few willing to go out to you and help on floor. They do have ranges of prices but some games can be over priced and better buying digital or or order online. Store does have a large amount of toys and some clothing styles if you are into collections based off of video games or tv shows.

The employee that helped me out was a lot better than the ones on Cesar Chavez. I needed two copies of a game, one for me and the other for my brother who was at work. They didnt have copies here but guy called up a lot of stores for me to help me out. Coming here for any future pre orders as opposed to closer one to my House

I’ve been here multiple times and have had always the best customer service here! Staff is very friendly they always have the games I want in stock and Kelly the Assistant Manager has always help me even though I can be a difficult customer at times. 😅 I’ve been to multiple GameStops in my gaming career and this one has been my #1 choice. Definitely would recommend and will never stop coming back as long as they stay open.

They have the new releases

The employee who worked today was so slow. There was only one customer and it took him thirty minutes just to get a service. They were talking about family stuff and not concentrating on the job at hand. Usually this GameStop has good and fast cashiers but not today he was slow. Very bad service.

I had a bad experience with this place when it come to insurance. When offered game insurance the sales associate told me it included the accessories that came with the game bundle. I never get games insurance but this time I did because I though it worth it. When the accessories broke a month later I found out that their insurance only covers the disk. The issue here is the misleading information I received when first purchasing.

I was trying to purchase an Xbox One X today at my local Gamestop (Gamestop in Rosemead). When I called them, the guy told me to come in at 6pm to inquire if they received any extra consoles to sell. He said they wouldnt release information on how many extra consoles they had until 6pm. I walked in at about 5:40pm (just in case) only to find out they had already sold the last extra Xbox One X. As you can imagine, I was pissed. Thank goodness for the store leader Tony at this Gamestop at the Atlantic Square. My wife called this store and he said he had one more available and said he would hold it for us if we showed up to claim it. True to his word, we showed up and held it for us. Hes definitely an asset to Gamestop. I will definitely be making the extra 5 minute drive to come down to this Gamestop from now on. Nicer and more helpful employees than the one in Rosemead which is literally down the street from my house. Thanks Tony!
