Took the dealership four tries to not figure out I had a slow leak in my tire. The manger Keith was no help at all. He never even introduced himself to me after all the wasted time I went through. I took my truck to a Chevy dealership in Buena Park, took them a couple of hours and they found the leak the first time on the “right” tire. At one appointment for my tire, I was told they fixed it, turns out the fixed a tire that was fine and never looked at the “right” tire. The customer service is non existent at this dealership. I had to fight to just get the service that comes with a oil change. I was lied to multiple times, many things were delayed. Never once was I apologized to. Inez Moreno was the only one who stepped up to help me. She should be applauded for her efforts in trying to resolve my tire issues. Not once was I called to have the problem fixed. Keith would not answer my calls, keeping everyone in the dark, every time I showed up no one had any idea why I was there or what was going on. Please give me a call to discuss this matter further. My 2021 C8 Corvette is my first Chevrolet. I drove in to meet the service staff and to make an appointment for a recall for which I had just received notice. Inez Moreno set up an appointment for me and assigned Christine as my service rep. The work took longer than I expected and I was given a loaner, which made things very convenient. When I retrieved my car it was washed and ready to roll. Cannot ask for more .

Do not purchase a vehicles here! I purchased a vehicle on Fri 4/30. When I signed the paperwork I verified with LULU what the payoff amount was to send a check by Monday 5/4. The check was sent and received by the dealer and Im still getting billed by GM financial. I called LULU to get this sorted, since GM financial said to call the dealer, and she pretended like she knew nothing about our conversation. This still hasnt been resolved. What happened to the $17,000 check??!! If I could give them a zero I would. Do not buy here and especially do not deal with LULU. She is the finance person there.

I told them the service department Michael that I need to fix some issue which he fix I assume the reason I’m saying this is because. When I called Michael I wanted the oil change if he can do that for me when I pick up the car no oil change hasn’t been done. Also salesperson Jonathan gave a part to Michael to put them on the car which they haven’t put them on they left on 2 row seat. I had to do myself. That tell me service department was very poor don’t follow up. It doesn’t matter how busy. When customer ask what they needs. You should have been done.

My service technician didn’t know anything about my vehicle and recommended service that I had already done. I had to insist that he review my history before strongly suggesting that I need certain things done. Also I would be nice to know that initiative is taken to utilize active warranty services available to me before quoting prices. I’ve taken my Chevy exclusively to this dealership for Everything I need. I feel like he really tried to manipulate me to spend unnecessarily and nickel and dime me for labor

Worst dealership ever. Total bait and switch on a used car. Posted a coming soon with a price of $8,750. Called on Friday to book a test drive on Tuesday. Sal, said great will have the car ready at 11:00am. I called at 9:00am to confirm the car was still available for a test drive as we were coming from Sherman Oaks. Confirmed. Get there Sal is no where to be found. When he shows up he said I forgot that you were coming? WHAT! Then he proceeds to take us through the dirtiest shop to the worst cars that havent been processed. The car we called about was twenty deep. We would have been there until Friday for them to move all those cars. The test drive was never going to happen and he knew it. THEN THE KICKER. He comes back from talking to the USED CAR Manager and he said the price was $16,000 for a 2015 Prius? The used car manager changed the listing from the price I called about to Call for Price. Convenient. Dont do business with snakes you will get bit! The WORST EVER!
Well to be short. We came from a camping trip in Fresno and we encountered an issue With Our suv. The suv was checked previously by our to go to mechanic. He informed us that the computer was not sending signal to the cylinder #6. But he advised us to take it in to the dealer as he doesn’t do electrical items. We drove back to the house about 45 minutes. The next day we took it in to the dealer. Car running and no leaks. We told the service desk what happened and to please check it. We left the car next day they send us a text saying that the computer needed to be replaced and that some water hoses needed to be replaced as they are broken and water is leaking.Well our suv did not have any leaks. It would of been fine if they had said during the check the line broke but no they said it came in like that. You tell me how will we come from Fresno to Los Angeles to Anaheim back to LA to the dealer with a broken water hose. We found a mechanic that fixed everything for $600 dealer was charging us $1700 what a bad experience. Never again.
Melissa was excellent. Helped us get as many discounts/rebates as possible and we got the car we wanted for over $4000 less than the price quoted to us by 2 other dealerships. Melissa was super helpful in explaining all the features and made the whole process a great experience.

Terrible, I drive 216 miles to get there to buy a 2018 Tahoe that was listed. For them to tell me it sold in February, mind you i had been watching the truck it was listed on 3 different sites. The sales Lady was Nice tho

Lulu is very rude. We were in the middle of a conversation buying my first ever car and she stopped me with her finger in my FACE and answered a personal call. Have her do some customer service training because she definitely doesn’t know what it is. Went back a couple days later, in regards to payment, she practically yelled at us that it wasn’t her problem. And get this, she answered another personal call in the middle of our conversation AGAIN.

Camino Real Chevrolet is one of the most professional dealerships I have ever done business with. Every department is courteous and knowledgeable from the showroom floor to the service dept. I am on my third lease and ever since the first I keep coming back to Camino Real because of their personal service, friendly staff and great deals! I could go to a closer dealership but I continue to purchase from Camino Real over and over because I feel that they arent just selling me a car but instead developing a relationship with me.

The service agent was excellent and his time estimate for the service was accurate. The only problem was the service resulted in a oil leak on my driveway. I called the following morning when I discovered the stain on my driveway and Mike told me if I brought my truck back, he would put it up on the rack immediately and have it checked out. I took it asap, Mike greeted me, took my keys and had it resolved in about 45 minutes. Apparently during the service a small amount of oil leaked onto a pan, from the pan it dripped to my driveway. Mike stated that the mechanic degreased the area and apologized for the trouble. I just checked my driveway and there is no drip.Of coarse I would have preferred no drip in the first place but good to know issue was taken seriously and resolved quickly.

Rosie was great, very courteous, and my tech was also very nice. I was not very satisfied with the results of the repair however and I will be back to get my ride back to acceptable condition. If the dealership itself cant make the repairs necessary to get my vehicle back the condition it was in before my car was hit and run, then I guess that means Chevrolet just makes low quality cars. I hope thats not the case because I love my Chevy Impala (2019) and it was pretty devastating that somebody hit it and then left without any note. Thank goodness for insurance! However my car is not back to its previous condition, which i would describe as perfect, and I took it to the dealership because I figured the job would be done quickly and correctly. So far, not the case
This is my second time to have my Chevrolet Volt serviced at this location and the service managers are very helpful and accommodating. They give you a ride home if the service will take hours and a ride back to pick up when your car is done. Very good experience.

Bought a used 18 Silverado that had dents everywhere in the roof that I didnt see until I washed it, even asked if they could throw in a $15 bottle of touch up paint to which I was flatly told no.... Ill never go there again, dont waste your time. Once they have your money. Its middle fingers to you. Going straight to the BBB and consult legal counsel because this was so underhanded and shady.
Took vehicle since I noticed a leak on the transmission pan. Service advisor told me there were no leaks but that they only cleaned the oil around the pan. Vehicle was not checked for tire pressure or any fluids.
Customer service was great and fast. Miguel answer all my questions and concerns about my traverse. And fix the problem.

I started by e-mailing them about a Z06 they had for sale. Jonathan Ceron responded and stated the communications. We agreed upon a directional price his dealership was willing to entertain. Unannounced on a Sunday morning I dropped in to look at the car in person. Upon meeting Jonathan I informed him I would not be making the deal today. But while I was there they took at look at my Stingray I was thinking about trading in. Later that day we agreed on price of the car and my trade in. The next day I emailed him asked how long the paperwork would take if I came up after work. He quoted me a time, the paperwork was almost ready (I got there about 20 minutes before I estimated I could get there). We took it for a quick shake down drive, got back to the dealership and signed the deal. All of this with no pressure at all. When it comes time to trade in for a new car again or a C8 when they come out. I know for sure I will be reaching out to Camino Real and Jonathan to see what can be done.
I was having a hard time turning in my truck at residual value from other dealerships due to higher mileage. Camino Real was able to buy my vehicle out right and was able to find the Z71 Truck 4x4 Midnight Edition that I wanted at the best price around. I shopped for this vehicle at 4 different dealerships. Took car for damage tires and other issues, nothing got solved. Dealer says that it is normal, however the tires are not worn out except they have holes in them. They lied about having a specialist checked the car. They siad the specialists happened to be passing by, later when i filed a claim with GM, the dealer changed the story about the specialist. They said the specialist saw the issue through a video call not in person. Two different stories all because i ask for the report from the specialist. I strongly believe camino real dealer was not being honest with me. I have bougjt 7 previous cars from them and feel very disappointed with the service of them all.
I recommend this place to everyone who wants quality parts for their chevrolet automobiles ! Theres nothing better than the original parts for your vehicles!

We drove 4 hours to make our purchase with Erika because she was quick to respond, honest and patient. She answered all of our questions and tried to get us in and out as soon as she could. Also, big shout out to Robert in finance, who also offered exceptional customer service. The manager had a great team.
The sales team is great, however, the service department is horrible. I wouldnt let these guys fix a toaster for me in the future. Poor communication and customer service.
It took 3 weeks for my catalytic converter to be replaced at the service department of Camino Real Chevrolet. The parts werent ordered when I was told they would be ordered. In the end, the final cost didnt line up with what they told my insurance. It has been a headache. I lost my patience. I gave this facility all my trust, and they took advantage of that and my patience.

Everything was perfect from the first call. They took me in early the next day, and informed me about a recall, that was fixed that morning. I had to get a new key programmed. It was expensive, but it is what it is. The car was purchased in WV a few weeks earlier, but it looks like now I have found my local Dealer. Corrina Vargas was awesome and it took less time than expected.

Do not do business with this dealer. They have trucks on their website listed as available but they dont have them on the lot. I worked with Chilo Campo; gave him 60k down for a truck, waited weeks and never got the truck. They will waste your time and money! Go somewhere else where they wont lie to you.
