Ive always had a positive experience at Dollar Tree. Cashiers are super helpful and always know where everything is located. Check out is usually pretty fast, line is never too long. Would recommend for sure!

Thay have a lot of stuff but no Air conditioner, feels horrible when its hot outside and hot inside plus having to wear a mask. They only have 1 cashier in almost all the stores Ive visited which means you have to wait a long time to pay.

The dollar tree in Montebello on Montebello Blvd is always a disaster. It looks ransacked no matter what day or what time you go in it.

I love coming here for the deals. Especially when on my way to the movies. Snacks are in abundance.

I love this Dollar tree store, they are the only Dollar tree that brings different items often & they are not a bargain store, but they keep their prices the same, food no tax other items yes, but u find alot of goodies.

Costumer service is very poor. Employees always have attitude.

Absolutely spectacular. This particular location is many Times better than the Dollar Tree that I am accustomed to. The floors appear to be clean and the aisles were not crowded with piles of unstocked merchandise. There was just the matter of the bathrooms not being available for use(i was with my six year old) but the staff told me that the bathrooms were broken. Hopefully they get repaired. I will check back in a couple days to see if they have earned a fifth star.

Its a good place to go and try to find your things for a way cheaper price just that ... they only have one check stand going on like y do u have more check standa and use them for once or instance ... at least the staff was friendly

Calling out the associate named Andrea. She was so rude to me on the phone. I asked for a specific product and she had the nerve to answer me “yes we do yes we do yes we do” shouting it at me. Never have I dealt with such terrible customer service. Dollar tree needs to reevaluate their employees that are hired.

Could have open another check out stand. Credit card machine down. Cashier taking cash no receipt!! What up with that.

Worse service ever . Why is your store closing early before ten oclock I showed up at 9:58 pm and store was already closed . They told me they close at ten. But the store was already closed then the lady catherine said we closed 5 mins before which one is ot they close at ten or at 9:55 ??? Please get back to me with this issue .

They have a lot of stuff to choose from the only thing I dont like about this store is they always have long lines with one cashier. Customer Service they really need to look at this other then that the people are friendly.

The cashier tried to rip me and the store off, by not ringing me up and charging me the wrong price.

This is were I get my balloons for open house.

Why does this store never have backup cashiers! not even rush hour! At least the staff is friendly.

On a Saturday 4pm evening they have about 20 people in line and only one register open. They are not ready for the new flow of customers the remodeling of the plaza will bring.

My gf went for hair dye and found the last box opened with the color cream stolen. She told the workers and asked if they had more and they didnt help her and put the box back on the shelf. 3 days later we try to go again & the same box was still on the shelf with all the other dyes to sell. This is scandalous.

Not the largest location youll find, and it can be a bit of a mess.

Wonderful, you get what you paid.

Yesterday I went as usual to buy some things I needed and when I paid the cashier had a very bad attitude, I do not know if due to excessive work or because that is really her attitude towards all clients
