Today sunday October 11th 2020. Employees here were very very unprofessional . attitude and came from far just to pick up a box for my children drove 1 hour here .i Don t own a cell phone and I simply wanted To purchased a box.and I Don t own a cell phone .and was told I had to scan the bar to purchased .customers were going crazy and inpatient cause we couldnt purchase cbunns with money .its not going to work ..i been a loyal customer for 25 years here in Montebello and got treated bad .you have to train your employees more perfesionaly and with smiles on there faces ..and I still couldnt buy nothing.very upset .I

Cinnabons here are fresh and good but i came today because i had a coupon but it was not working so i asked the workers and they said it was no longer working. That is not right because i got that on 11/3/17 and today is 11/6/17 and there are 7 days until it is no longer valid. This i false advertisement so if you get a coupon from here it is fake.
