I purchased my car in the beginning of the year late February, and this was by far one of the best experiences purchasing a car. Typically, you wither feel pressured, or when you sit down to crunch numbers the anxiety of the unknown of new payment, insurance going up etc.. however here at Montebello Ford is the first time I didnβt feel pressured, they made me feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. The entire staff team, from the beginning had a true genuine honesty about them from the test drive, to the time crunching numbers and the final paperwork. Iβm sending this late review because my first oil change is due, and the customer service I received and experience from the mobile app and online has been great, and I look forward to being a future and long term customer when it time to purchase another car.

Ford of Montebello is a great place to shop for your next vehicle. I live in Wildomar but make the drive. The 3 year lease on my Ford Escape was almost up and my sales rep, Justin, called me to tell me about a Ford Edge they had that I might be interested in. Ive drooled over the Edge for years but couldnt afford it. We worked out the financing and I drove my Edge home! It has a lot of great safety features, a sweet interior to include leather seats, and a smooth ride. The review would be really long to list all the great features and how well I was treated while working with the good people at Ford of Montebello. Very happy. Great dealership! Check them out.

Horrible service department. Brought my car in to get my transmission serviced. Car has been in the dealership for over a month. No contact from the service department. No updates whatsoever. Canβt get a hold of anyone to let me know whatβs going on with the car. If you need your car serviced take it to another dealership.

The sales department is pleasant experience, however the service department is way below expectations, it takes over 1 week just to determine whats the issue with the vehicle. I can not comprehend why does it take over 1 week just to plug in the vehicle to the computer, then several days to get parts. If you questioning the repair lead time its seems like they are punishing you by making you wait even longer. They are not returning your call in a timely manner, they do not keep the promises to update customers about the vehicle status, some of the service guys giving you attitude. I purchased a new vehicle here and someone forget to update the computer for the oversized tires they installed on the vehicle therefor all electronics are off the chart, gas consumption, speed which is the most important you could get tickets, this small issue takes weeks to fix along with a minor solenoid valve replacement, For service take your beloved ford to other dealership or wait weeks. Total disappointment.Update:I called Mr Ryan of course no one picked up the phone left a voice msg I did not get a call back. This afternoon I got a phone call from the person was handling my vehicle Vehicle is done but is not done in (in 2 weeks they were capable to replace a faulty solenoid valve 4hrs job tops) Maybe; let me amplify MYABE Monday the other company can look at the speedometer issues.So if you wanna pay your car-loan and have your vehicle sitting at Ford of Montebellos lot this is the place you need to take your vehicle for service. if you wanna have it fixed in a timely manner then take it somewhere else.Incompetent lousy service along with customer service, bottom line very bad repair management.

Dont waste your time.They lie about their online prices. I specifically asked for an out of the door cash price after the mandatory state taxes and registration fees and they said they cannot give me that unless I come in.That is bs because they can clearly tell me what taxes and fess there is going to be over the phone or email. They want you to waste your time driving down there so they can add unnecessary dealer fees that you can not take off in addition to mandatory government taxes and fees. Sale price is $14,988 for the car I was looking at. Their hidden dealer fees will make the car 20k plus once you drive down to the dealer. Dont trust their bait prices online

Con artists β every single one of them! The sales man, the so called sales manager who comes in to βseal the dealβ and the finance guy β ALL CON MEN.All three of them told me I had to pay for an aftermarket alarm kit that was pre-installed on the vehicle which wouldβve cost me $700 in addition to the sticker price. I told him to give me a form in writing stating that I was required to purchase an βoptionalβ add-on. They told me my choice was purchase the car $700 above sticker price with the add-on or donβt purchase the car at all. Lucky for me my friend that was coming to pick me up is an attorney, so I knew very well they werenβt allowed to do what they were doing.Long story short they removed the additional $700 fee for the add-on after I informed them that my attorney friend was on her way to pick me up.YOU PEOPLE AT FORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!I absolutely love my car but I HATE the experience of purchasing it

To start with, I would like to call this dealership the fraudofmontebello, not the fordofmontebelloIn the course of buying a Nissan Kicks SR/SV model through the Costco program, I happened to visit this dealershipWe received a quote for $18,225 from the referral program.On our first visit to the dealership, they told us that there was a bug on their system and that they could get me $20,995 instead of $18,225 as indicated on Costco auto website.After negotiations, We settled on a price $20,495As I was speaking to my bank the next day about a car loan, the guys from the dealership contacted me and offered me the same rate as my bankSales guy has sent me several chats stating the same thingI made call before going to the dealer ship in person second time, that we are all good with the agreed termsI arrived at the dealer with my family second time to sign and get the carThis is where all the drama began, as they hid the person I was chatting with by saying that they could not trace out the exact person ever after showing them the number and the chatsThe person I called said that since I was talking to a different sales person now, he was unable to assist me and hung up in a hurry.Also, a new sales representative was introduced. he said every internet sales representative was on leave that dayI was thinking that they may have access to the agreed terms and did a final test driveWhen I was about to sign the document, this new sales guy came up to me and told me that they had installed security devices and that they couldnt honor the agreed price. I called Ford of Motebello to purchase an F-150 they had in stock during the Labor Day weekend 0% financing special... They advertised stock #510573 for $48,320 on cars.com and on their own website. When a salesman made contact, the first offer was $5,000 higher then the advertised sales price. When I asked about the advertised sales price, he said the manager would only honor the price if I agreed to buy $1,885 in after market add ons... I believe this is gauging, and it may be illegal. I will call the DMV on Tuesday to make an inquiry and to make a report on shady sale practices from this dealership... I am glad that all this took place via text, this way I can show proof that they tried to take advantage of me over one sale... I tried to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, and he never called back... What I regret the most is that I have to give them at least one star on this review...The day after I posted this review, I received a call from Javi to see if there would be anything he could do to help me purchase the truck, and to rectify the buying experience at his place of business... He honored the price, deleted the charges for the additional products, and was upfront with all the numbers... he apologized for the previous mishandling of my attempt to buy from them. When I arrived, Oscar was ready for me, and made sure all the paperwork was promptly prepared for my signatures. The finance manager walked me through the paperwork, and I was ready to go... At the end of the transaction, Oscar spoke with me about my review, and asked me to consider making an update. Thanks Oscar and Javi...

OK so all I needed was a rear view mirror. I called today to see if it came in. He said yes it came in yesterday. So I drive down there and the mirror was there but they didnt have the part that attaches it to the windshield. I cant even get my money back without having to go back down there. RIP OFF. THEY KEEP THE PART AND DONT CARE TO RETURN MY MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM MONTEBELLO FORD UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. NO STARS FOR YOU.
Buying a car doesnt have to be a rotten experience. The folks at Ford of Montebello seem committed to making it as painless as possible. I was almost astounded by how smooth the experience was. And my new Escape, I have to say, is one heck of a car.
Terrible service first we make appointment for recall car shuts off dropped it off Saturday after waiting two weeks for appointment 8am drooped off with Diego told him the problem he said oh yes its a part inside gas tank we will get it done today never called us back. It is now sunday and still no car wife has no car for work oh ya no loaner car was offered they did call back told us its going to be $400 to fix !!! π‘π‘ August 4th now we finaly got are car back thank you Jim Ryan for fixing what your employee did wrong rental you got us was a big help. Nothing good to say about Diego !!!
I brought my car in for service and after 2 weeks it still isnt running. It was repaired and test driven but it failed. They repaired it and again it failed. One problem turned into several. This work was $1200. If I actually want it repaired Im looking at approx. $3000 or so because at this point they cant determine what is causing this to happen. I had to pay for a car that doesnt run and have it towed elsewhere. On top of that I had to wait almost 3 hours before it was actually ready to be towed when I was told since Saturday it would be ready. The hood was half opened and the car was filthy like its been parked under a tree for the two weeks it was there. I took it to the dealership with full confidence that it would be fixed.

Absolutely horrible experience they damaged the vehicle and said absolutely nothing until we found out Monday morning.Our company took one of our newer F-350 utility trucks for an oil change and regular maintenance at 29k miles.Whoever was working there 7/10/2021 either improperly tried to lift or the truck fell off of their lift. They tried to jack the vehicle up by the utility box which was much easier than trying to jack it properly from the frame.Their machine tore through the bottom of the tool box, ripped two holes and completely bent the box out of shape to where the doors wonβt even close. They may have stolen some of my more expensive tools as I cannot find them. Will double check before putting the blame on the dealership and the βtechsβLetβs see what they do to fix it, or if they try to snake themselves out of it. Please donβt do business with this dealership, they didnβt even have the decency to tell me they damaged the vehicle.Disgusting

I recently bought my car at Ford of Montebello and it was a great experience. They were very welcoming and offered great customer service. My brother in law had previously bought a Ford Explorer there a few years ago and liked the experience and service he got. In return he didnt hesitate to reccomend them, we live in the San Fernando Valley and drove out to Montebello to purchase my car. If you choose to go to this dealer ask for Jesus, he will take great care of you and do his best to help you out. Jesus will also help explain certain aspects of the car that will be useful to you. I highly recommend them!!

There availability to supply a part I needed was decent. But what I did not like the was the young man at the front office to the parts department lied to be me about the key copy machine not working. I really needed a duplicate made of my truck, and when I asked him before me even finishing asking he told yeah we make keys but the machine is o of service right now. I just know he lied because I know someone who works there that confirmed it. He didnβt want to bother with helping me.

Auto Service Department.I love the follow up on reminders for services. Everything always goes very smoothly but when you have to pick up your car its takes FOREVER!!!!This last time after paying for the services it took about 1 hour to get out of there. They had miss placed our car keys to find out the cashier had them all the time.Some supervisors are just walking around and never acknowledge you or make eye contact as they pass you by...They definitely need help on that department.
The staff was very friendly at Ford of Montebello. This dealership has very good manners and excellent training. Every one was nice and said hi. Enrique, knew me by name, and was very cordial. He thanked me for being at the dealership. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Miguel helped take care of my purchase and made sure I got a good deal and everything I wanted while explaining the terms of the sale in a thorough manner. Before I left they even cleaned the truck, put gas in it and followed me to my home as I did not have another driver with me. This is the best place to get a vehicle!!They really work with you and they make sure you leave happy π We gotten 3 vehicle from there and my last one was last year in April. I got a Ford Explorer XL 4 cynlider and I gotta say I love it!! Is a gas saver it run good pretty fast if you put on Normal but I always have it on eco to save gas. Just a week ago I took a Road trip to Denver Colorado 5 of us and alot of luggage I thought my SUV wasnt going to make since its a 4 cynlider but it was a smooth drive with out any problems made it back to LA a few days ago now I Love my SUV more no regrets in buying it I recommend the SUV and this place to buy great great customer service π
Let me start by saying Jose in Services has such great customer service and really makes you feel comfort in knowing your being taken cared of! I had issues with my Ford Focus 2013 and planned on taking it elsewhere but when I called to get a quick quote and requested a diagnostic Jose was kind to schedule me in quickly. Iβve come to this dealership several times but this recent visit really made the whole ordeal less overwhelming. Thank you Jose and the team in Ford for standing by in guaranteeing great service! End result, my car received a transmission repair within 3 days. A lot quicker than most repair shops!
Service center is terrible. They hired at the time young people that donβt know how to diagnose a problem. They removed the factory alarm harness from my bros mustang and said that was the problem. Turns out that wasnβt. What they did was shortened the battery cables. Now we have a stang without a factory standard feature. Well the good thing is I still have the harness and a oem factory shop manual. Now to find the time to reinstall.

No pressure buing a car...
Do not come this Ford dealer, this Ford dealer is cheater, they do not redeem the coupon you got from Ford headquarter, but they did not tell you while you buy, they pretend coupon you could use, but never apply while you pay. They said they would apply from Ford after you pay and the check would mail to your house, but finally nothing. When you call in, they have tons of excuse that do not redeem you coupon, for example I do not know even they said this is ford promotion not from Ford dealer So you can see how irresponsible and how greedy they are, they only want to close deal earn you money so give you fake promise, no care your following benefit. So if you have other dealer choice, go others. I sincerely hope my experience will happen on you.

But when you feel there is an issue you have to speak up.After 3 years of waiting to buy my new Ford F150 Raptor I was determined to get one, not about to pay what other dealers were asking.Guillermo was an amazing sales man. From my very first text to him, I made it clear I was a serious buyer and he needed to give me his best offer. He did and with one day I had purchased the Truck of my dreams.Here comes the reasons for the low rating... I picked up the truck in the late afternoon evening. Everything look okay at that time. A few issues with the trucks details were noticed and Guillermo told me I could bring it in and they would fix it all no cost no problem.While showing off my new beauty to a friend, seriously proud of my purchase, we noticed the paint inside the doors was a strange greenish yellow color. Not everywhere, but looked as if the Computer missed several areas and or that the paint ran out, very thin. I thought this cant be right. I paid top dollar for this truck and the paint looks awful.Seeing as I was taking it in for the other repairs, I asked the Service department to take a look.They took photos, marked all the areas and made notes. All the while telling me this is NOT normal and they had never seen this before....In less than 24 hours they Text me, not a call, not an email, a text, that says Sorry Fords not willing to warranty this..... Wait what???My paint on a Brand new not used Ford F150 Raptor is bad and its acceptable to Ford. I was beginning to see why I got a good price.Went back to the dealer and they say Well we found another truck of the same color paint, and it has even worse paint than yours, so in Fords eyes.... are you ready..... This is just a characteristic of the truck....Now trying not to use expletives....Characteristic, Boxed steel frame, sportier wheel base, lighter curb weight, and towing capacity are characteristics. NOT Crappy interior paint. It seems Ford and the Dealer feel making it look great form the outside is more important than the quality on the inside....I can promise you this is not over yet for me. I am more than stunned and heartbroken that within less than a week, under 250 miles, Ford feels now that I have the truck, they do not need to service. me....Word to the wise. CHECK every inch of your purchase, because after they have you sign the dotted line, all the friendly help will disappear.We even sent a letter to the dealer and they have yet to send us back the response we kindly requested.Seems neither this dealer or Ford Motor Co could care less about making a client happy
Customer service was great! My go to advisor Roxana was very helpful like always! The work done on my truck was done in a reasonable time. Unfortunately when receiving my truck back I noticed a couple of grease stains that were left on my seats.

I bought my car at Ford of Montebello, and have come to them for maintenance ever since. So far I have had NO PROBLEMS with my vehicle. The staff there updates me on current scheduled maintenance and what will be coming up in the future. The facility is well kept, the waiting area is comfortable, the coffee is tasteee and compliments of the house. Bathrooms are sparkling clean, there is a game room for the kids. I would not consider going anywhere else, coming in for maintenance is too much of a pleasure to go anywhere else.

Ive been coming to Ford of Montebello since 2013, and fortunately, Ive never had a negative experience, and Ive never heard anything bad from others that Ive referred there.I returned to discuss a buy-out on a lease vehicle I was returning. This time, my situation was a bit different, and I worked with their sales rep. Justin Garcia. I explained my situation to him, and he worked very hard to help me. He, along with his supervisor Johnathan and Jeff explained everything in detail, and we discussed the pros/cons. We weighed out my realistic options, and long story short, I was able to purchase a new vehicle! I just bought a new 2019 Ford Ranger at Ford of Montebello, and Sales Specialist Justin Garcia was very helpful! I came to the dealership with a specific truck in mind and a price range I wanted. Justin went out of his way to do everything in his power to meet all my needs and get me the truck I really wanted at the price I wanted! The service was amazing! A few days ago, I stopped by to take a look at an Explorer. I was a little unsure of the trim/options that were available to me (not normally being a ford guy), so I accepted any help I got. When I got there, I was greeted by Luis. He complimented me on my car and asked me what brought me in that day.I told him about my current and future needs in a vehicle and he showed me several options within fordβs range of products. Luis was very knowledgeable! He was very patient with all of my questions (there were many!) and wasnβt pushy.We spent a lot of time looking at different vehicles and I felt I was ready to take the information back to my SO to help me with a decision.Ultimately, we decided to keep our VW and finish paying it off.
