Nice store. Staff was helpful but not overwhelming. I was able to browse and take my time trying on riding jackets and bought one that was both for warm and cool days. Good prices, knowledgeable staff. Will return.

Young man opening the store was very helpful. Bought a new Sena 50s. He installed it on my helmet. Put my old 30K unit back into my other helmet. Spent over an hour making sure unit had latest firmware and installing units. Works awesome great upgrade.

Friendly staff and very attentive. Convenient location however, selection at this store I visited is limited if you want to try stuff on before you buy it. I narrowed by boot search online down to three pairs and they had NONE in stock in any size. You can purchase anything to be delivered to the store but you have to return it if you dont like the fit, color, etc, once you see it in person.

Im taking my first riding class this week and I stopped by to grab some gloves. Staff was super cool and accommodating to me as a new rider. They shared some safety tips and pointers. I ended up grabbing their 60 dollar membership as I did the math that in the long run, buying safety equipment all at once makes the membership worth it.

A buddy and I came in today to buy tires and a new helmet. The entire store was decently busy, and only one employee was there during the time I was checking out, and he was very helpful and very considerate to each customer. I believe his name was Gabe. The store itself was well organized and everything Id expect from a CycleWorld shop.

The best customer service, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied.

Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. I needed a battery for one of my bikes and I called around to other stores and that store had it, when all others didnt. They gave me different options and I was able to get the battery that was right for me and my bike. Great Job!!!

I always enjoy stopping at a cycle gear. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This location is no exception. The salesman we worked with was super cool, friendly and had a lot of knowledge about gear. We stopped by during a road trip to pick up a few items and like with every cycle gear I have been to this was a good experience. Even if you dont ride I would recommend you stop by cycle gear just to check out their riding styles clothing.

Wow! A complete opposite of the Riverside store. The amount of customer service was top notch. Employees were very helpful and answered all my questions. Story was somewhat busy and the staff handled the traffic and dealing with multiple customers at the same time. I was most definitely impressed and thanked them for quality customer service, something you dont see anymore. Bottom line is I walked out with a helmet and without any doubts about my purchase. They have my business for now on.

My first time at cycle gear had a great experience this guy Matt got me a great helmet setup with cardo system. A long with being informed and educated on different types of brands and deals will go there for my all my gear from now on and recommend.

This shop goes above and beyond everytime I’ve been there. Highly recommended for anything motorcycle or atv related.

I was kinda surprised they had what I went in there for because Ive a 2k+ rt/1150 and the people I dealt with was a pretty cool guy which sealed the deal. They also have a ton of very nice apparel for us who ride but Ive a closet and a few dressers full of gear myself. If you ride Id definitely check these guys out

Id like to start this off by saying that I like Cycle Gear. Its super convenient having a store with most of my common motorcycle needs (oil, gear, etc) right here in my home city. Ive shopped here often in the past and will continue to shop here in the future.However, now lets get to the reason for the 2-star review. I brought my tire in for a tire change and balance today and waited around for about an hour and a half before it was finished. I then remarked that it sure does take a long time to complete a tire mount and balance and the store clerk responded, oh, were training someone back there... yikes!Youre dealing with customers here guys... Using our tires to train with is incredibly inconsiderate! You guys didnt even ask me if you could train with my tire... you just did it, with no consideration to my time. Yes, training is important. This store should purchase a variety of rims and tire types so that you can train new staff all day long when there is free time. That way, when I hand you my tire, I know that I am getting the best customer experience and tire job possible!Until this store fixes this situation and continues to potentially train on customer tires, I dont recommend anybody change their tires at cycle gear. I sure hope you guys respond to this review saying that this wont happen again.

Sam at the front counter was super knowledgeable about the Bluetooth and helped install my cardo pack talk on my shoei 1400 helmet in minutes. All with a positive attitude. Greatly appreciated and recommend coming here !!

After unsatisfactory service at the riverside location we decided to drive the extra distance to go to the montclair store. We were greeted at the door with friendly smiles and were immediately asked if we needed help with anything. The gentleman helping us was great and very knowledgeable on helmet sizing for safe and proper fitment. The lady that rang up our items was also very nice and friendly. I will definitely drive the extra 20 mins to the montclair store from now on. Thanks!

Excellent customer service! They have things here I never knew existed (kevlar shirts, hoodies, etc.) and the gentleman behind the desk went out of his way to answer all my questions and show me around.

My son walked in to buy a bolt kit for a Yamaha and they gave him a Suzuki one and I sent him back to exchange it or to get the money back and they told him that there was missing bolts when the bolts that come are in plastic bags and weren’t open. So they gave him store credit knowing that they didn’t have what we were looking for. That store took advantage of my son just cause his young.

Ive purchased hundreds of dollars of riding equipment at this location and was forecasting hundreds more since I purchased a new bike and needed additional gear for myself and my wife. The following is what ended any future possible business with Cycle Gear: I Purchased a set of tires totaling $303. Was then told $25 to install each tire plus $10 for valve stem replacements. I had to pay an extra $70 just to install. I asked the night manager if he can help offset the hidden cost of installing and that it was common practice to receive free install with motorcycle tire sets at (practically all) local shops. He quickly refused and remained rigid in his inability to acknowledge my dissatisfaction as a customer. I asked if a refund was possible and without hesitation gladly agreed. I will take my business to local shops that are plenty in this area and will gladly pay more to be treated as a valued customer. Cycle Gear has lost all my business specifically due to this night managers indifference to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
