They helped my with a warranty exchange for a tankless water heater. Their competitors were either unwilling or unable to. Although Hirsch quoted me a nominal fee over the phone, they waived the charges and even loaded the equipment while I filled out the paperwork.

Great place! I first found this place when i needed a water heater. The front door to the counter is about 15 feet, no wandering acres of isles. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
