Cater To all your needs.Their customer service is excellent! Their fajas are the best. They Both are knowledgeable in all their products! Both adult section and fajas. I felt the need to post a review as I dont really post reviews much. This time Im posting because I got the best customer service from Kimberly at Montclair not once, but twice. I came in for a faja and was immediately discouraged because I couldnt fit into their largest size because of my swelling. Kimberly was patient and calmed me down and lessened my anxiety and patiently helped me successfully put on the faja for the first time. She educated me about how to put it on properly and showed me without making me feel belittled. She then explained that I will fit into it nicely as weeks pass and my swelling will reduce. She is a pretty girl, smart, caring and extremely helpful young lady. She will go to high places and will be successful wherever she goes. Please give her the accolades that she deserves! Thank you Kimberly, we adore you!!!

I went here with my fiance and by far the best customer service Ive ever experienced in one of these shops. Its very clean and not sleazy in any way. I believe either the owner or assistant helped us and she was knowledgable and very willing to help my girl get into the tiny outfits and shoes I liked. And if they didnt have what we wanted they were willing to search for it and get it for us. No shop has ever done that at all. She felt very comfortable and no pressure in any way. We will be back for sure.

Nancy the owner answered any question i had. love the discounts and the FREE gifts. just got a waist cincher and gel. been shopping with her since 2005 but this store is new. 3 different locations. and the website is a plus. shipping is fast and convenient. from Halloween costumes, lingerie, waist trainers, oils, perfumes, dresses, high heels and so much more. theres new things every time i go. the fitting room is spacious with a huge mirror. i recommend this store for bachelorette party. you can even host a party at your home.

Initially it didnt start off good they didnt have my sizes and I drove 1 1/2 hours from PS. Mostly only had all smalls. I spent 2 hrs trying to squeeze myself into something Wandelyn was very patient with me. I wasnt fitting in anything and I didnt want to leave empty handed traveling that far. She was excellent at balancing helping my needy butt and other customers that came in & out. We had good conversation. I was so indecisive because they didnt have exactly what I was looking for but I finally found something and left a very happy camper do to her excellent customer service and trust me I was being less then nice initially and she completely turned my mood around. I am very impressed because I know what a diva I can be I wouldnt even be able to handle myself personally but because of her excellent demeanor I will be returning and recommending my friends shes an outstanding & knowledgeable employee!
