Decent food, sandwiches are the best thing here.

The food here is very good but the service is terrible. The morning shift has great hospitality, very warm and welcoming. I cant say the same for the night crew. I gave them my order and it took 15 minutes for them to make it. They were very nice and catering but the manager on shift kept distracting them from their task at hand which was making my food. I did not catch the managers name but she was very rude on her phone and has no customer service skills.

When I ask for an extra toasty, less balsamic two tomato caprese, its still greasy and soggy. Tastes good though. Also grilled cheese is supposed to be *cough cough* GRILLED. not a greasy barely browned sandwich. Just take it easy on the grease guys...

Really great baked goods! The quality of the sandwiches arent the best, the chicken always tastes off there. Good options and great environment to relax. Some girl waiting to pay must have gotten pissed at something or someone because she threw her smoothie on the floor, but other than a few odd characters the environment is lovely

Anyone going to this university and has a taste for sweets should try it. It also has better salads than the student center and other lunch items

My morning starts with their coffee. They have nice collection of sandwiches and soups. The serve fresh and healthy food

Friendly people but expensive

Nice cafe lounge but a bit overpriced & overrated (as is lots of college food), last resort when other food places are closed or far away, some good stuff but after awhile the food/menu selection feels a little unimpressive...the smoothies are probably the best go to and its nice and cozy when its cold outside though!!

This location is our a mini Au Bon Pain, but still good. In general I like them for their fresh salads and sandwiches (and excellent cookies!).

The only times my order has ever been correct is when there was absolutely no other customers there. As soon as it gets busy the quality of food and service goes down. Also the hours posted here say open at 6:30am. But at 7am the doors are still locked and the staff is still setting up.

The line system was confusing, but once I actually got to order and got my food the experience was good! The prices were fair for a joint on a college campus. Id say give it a shot if youre a fan of Panera Bread.
