A super cute store with kind employees!Everyone is pretty laid back and friendly. Usually stores like this (ie. with Nerd / Pop-Culture merchandise) have low quality items and high prices. However, this is totally not the case here!Theres tons of cute stuff for pretty reasonable prices. Everything looks high quality and they have a nice rotation of products so it never gets stale.

Good Covid-19 protocols. Limiting the number of people inside. They tell you how to properly wear a mask before entering. Remember its a pretty small store. Staff very friendly.

Over priced and definitely not consumer oriented. I love the items here but they are marked up quite a bit and you have to do the coupons etc to make it cheaper. While I understand why the company wouldnt want but been there have been a few times where if I only spent a few dollars more Id get a coupon to come back again and nobody bothers to suggest until I realize its too late after my purchase. Prices differ to their online site and obviously much more selection there. Of course Ill probably be back again.... But really shouldnt be.

Great store very organized. If you like the lastest trends on movies, TV series, to disney characters to video games, this place sales merchandise and apparel related to those items.

I gave it two stars because Im a pop collector and its annoying whenever Im looking for pops there are three workers lingering around me like Im trying to steal something .. Also this store is really small how are your practicing safe distancing (6 feet distance ) while your a foot away from me .😑

Great experience the two ladies who helped me went beyond what i expected. They really are what customer service needs to be at everystore. The two young ladys helped me find the perfect jacket that my son really loved. Thank you ladies who were closing on saturday from the lady who was your last customer.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!My friend and I walked into the store and saw two chase pops that we both would like to individually added to our own collection. Even if it was a damage box. However, since we Both walked in together, the store attendee and the manger said no for us to purchase both damage chase and said we can only get 1. So individual collectors can not go buy chases with friends together? To make matters worst, both of them gave us an attitude which was rather disrespectful and rude. Damage collection, unprofessional service plus attitude issues, worst places for collectors. WORST BOXLUNCH I EVER BEEN IN!!
