Ordered Birthday Bouquet & Berries Box with strawberry cupcakes for a very close family member to be delivered 9/19/21. The flowers were a wonderful fall arrangement and the strawberries were sweet. Very good presentation. Delivered on time. I ordered on the Montclair location website and did not have any interaction with the employees. Overall, the recipient was extremely happy and pleased. It made her day. Thank you!

Apparently the bad customer experience from this location is a known issue. Purchase a basket for someones birthday, upon arrival the basket was in bad condition and poor presentation, the wow factor of receiving a basket completely extinguished. The chocolate was melting, there was enough fruit juice on the bottom of the bag to fill a cup. So I called the store. Upon introduction the store manager was hostile, rude, condescending and combative. Where a simple apology and resolution would have sufficed, a 30 minute rant of how this manager filled the order AND condensation happens, how my wife needs to change her tone and so forth. Ive been in business 20 years, never would I allow an employee speak to a customer with such disregard and disrespect the way this person did. And to find that poor customer experience is a norm issue for this location is appalling. Either this so called manager needs to be re-trained or she needs to be removed for the longevity of this particular franchise.

This location should get no stars whatsoever. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered an arrangement for my father since I’m over 800 miles away. First off, they delivered it on the wrong day, then added Mother’s Day balloons when clearly I ordered Happy Birthday balloons. You can only imagine his surprise when he received his arrangement. He called me telling me I ordered the wrong thing. I called the location to discuss and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager, they put me on hold again and hung up on me again!! I called back and now their line is busy and has been for the past half hour. They clearly have taken the phones off the hook so they don’t have to deal with this. I will be writing a review on every platform I know of because this has seriously turned me off from Edible Arrangements as a whole just because of this location. SmhUpdate - I was able to contact someone today and she was understanding and exemplified much better customer service. She was also willing to compensate me accordingly to make up for the error on their part. She did explain that due to the holiday, they needed to hire extra people to accommodate all the orders they were receiving and those new drivers arent necessarily affiliated with Edible Arrangements and how they run things. I appreciate her tactfulness in handling the issue and so I changed my rating from 1 to 3.

Did not get what I ordered at all and I am very upset about that. Presentation Was horrible and not properly made. Very very upset about that! Only good thing was the kind delivery driver and early morning delivery. Other than that I was not please and would like my refund.

The Mother’s Day gift was delivered to the wrong address. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone and asked, “May I help you?” I repeated what happened and then was on hold again until a different person picked up my call and asked if she could help me. When I began telling her the story, she remembered and then told me she spoke to the delivery driver. She told me the gift will be delivered on the designated day and again she confirmed with the delivery driver. Well, the day after it was supposed to be delivered, the packed was never delivered. No gift delivered for Mother’s Day :(I’ve called numerous times and the number to this Edible Arrangements location at 444 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ, has been busy every time I’ve called throughout the morning. I called the corporate number and it went to an answering service that said to leave a voicemail but the voicemail is full, so a message cannot be left. Hopefully, within the next few days, I will be able to speak to a live person and get this resolved. So much for sending an Edible Arrangement Mother’s Day present this year. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star

Horrible customer service from “manager” Kay. Not sure how such a rude person is a manager as this is a reflection of your company. Was told my order was delivered, even received email confirmation. Item was in fact not delivered. After trying to get issue resolved was told, “ someone BETTER be there this time”. Although person was in fact home the entire day. If you want to order an arrangement, save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

I ordered flowers and chocolate strawberries for my anniversary 2 weeks in advance. My order arrived almost at 7pm which totally screwed up the surprise but whatever, the worst part was that the strawberries lasted a day! The following day they were already too ripped and a mush!My husband ordered the same for me (which was hilarious)through another company and they didn’t just showed up on time and with a great product but were also cheaper!Very disappointed

The Flowers 🌺 were going and the cupcakes 🧁 were dry. Son ordered and have to deliver for my birthday. It looks 👀 like going to die. Its what 😦 like ❤️ trying to get the last out I was very disappointed 🙁 but loves 😍 the thought. I enjoy it for three days. I told my Son.

Today is my aunts birthday and being valentines day I wanted to surprise her. I placed an order to be delivered yesterday 2/13/21. My order status was enroute for two days. I tried calling the store but their phone line was busy. After chatting with an Edible arrangements live representative who did not seemed to care whatsoever, I was told that the store was contacted and I will have to wait 24-48 hours to hear back from them. This is so infuriating. I have been frustrated by this store and Edible arrangements representative in trying to get answers.

I forgot to bring a dish for the potluck lunch party. Edible arrangements had a few baskets already prepared in the display case. It was more expensive that I had thought, but it saved the day.

Placed an order for delivery about 2 days before the expected delivery date and was very happy with the service! Got exactly what I ordered and they followed the delivery instructions to the T. The display was perfect styled and bigger than I expected. Would order from here again !

I order my daughter a Valentines Arrangement 💝 it was supposed to be there on February 13 by 10:59. Today is February 14 and its 8:08 pm and her gift still hasnt arrived I called early this morning as to speak to a manager was left on hold. I have called over and over again to the Montclair location.I even called the corporate office as well and I still havent had any luck. My daughter is going to be very disappointed . I am very displeased with this service

This is by far the most unprofessional Edible Arrangements, I have ever had to deal with. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday to be delivered yesterday. I placed the order, received my confirmation and that was it. I reached out to the store after four hours of my order being placed, and the young lady, Tiffany (who claims to be the manager) tells me “the arrangement is out for delivery.” At that point my order status was updated to “out for delivery.” Two more hours go by without another update. I then contact the manager (Tiffany) yet again, when she states “your order has been delivered.” By the time I contact my sister to see how she liked her arrangement (only to find out that she never received it) the store was closed. I called this morning, asked to speak with the manager, only to get a response saying “yeah, this is Tiffany.” I politely respond by saying “good morning Tiffany, my name is Danielle. I placed an order yesterday to have an arrangement delivered to my sister for her birthday. The issue that I’m having is that when I spoke to you yesterday, on two separate occasions you stated to me first that “the arrangement is out for delivery” and during the second time that “it’s been delivered.” I just finished speaking with my sister and her husband and they have not received the arrangement.” She then raises her voice and tells me “IT WAS DELIVERED!!” I explain to her that even when tracking my order that it still says “out for delivery.” She tells me that they don’t process the tickets until the next day, so it’s going to say that until they change it in their system. I then explain to her that my sister has “Ring” and that at no time of the day did an Edible Arrangements delivery truck come down their street, nor did a delivery driver come to their door (we watched the footage twice to be sure.) She then tells me that shes going to contact the driver and ask him if he made the delivery. Two hours go by, and I had to call her yet again to find out what happened. She tells me “he made the delivery. We’re not doing hand to hand contact right now (which I understand) so I don’t know who got it but he delivered it. I yet again tell her about the footage and reiterate that she did not receive it. She then changes her story and says that there were three arrangements on the truck that had the same name as my sister, and maybe it went to them. She tells me that she’ll call me back again. Twenty minutes went by and she calls back and she says “ I don’t know where your order went but it was delivered. So what do you want us to do?” I respond by saying “again I say that it was not delivered and I would like for it to be made and delivered.” She says “I’m going to have to charge you for another order because my driver said that he delivered it already.” I politely tell her “I’m not paying for another arrangement, especially since she didn’t receive the first one.” She says “well the only way you can get a new one is if you pay for another one.” I responded by saying “don’t worry about it, I’ll contact my bank and order from a different location.” (In which I did.) I don’t know who Tiffany is or who the driver is, but the owner of this location needs to do some serious investigating, because after my experience and after reading these reviews; they both need to be let go.

This location has wonderful customer service over the phone to reel you in. And then once I arrived I was told by the manager Kay her credit card machine was down and I had to pay either cash(which I didnt have) or cash app for the franchise. I was skeptical on the cash app but she assured me that she created this account that morning when I didnt receive a receipt I should have know. She bamboozled me out of $47 dollars NEVER TAKE ANYONE FOR THEIR WORD! SHE EVEN CALLED ME AND ASSURED ME HER MANAGER WOULD CALL. AFTER SOME INVESTIGATION I FOUND OUT SHE LIED TO ME THIS WAS HER PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I WILL BE GOING TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT FOR MY REFUND. BUT PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. I HAVE BLASTED ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFFORMS AND SCREEN SHOT HER ACCOUNT ON CASHAPP. THIS IS CRAZY PPL AT A CREDIBLE BUSINESS WILL DO WRONG BY YOU AS WELL. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BRAND.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my mother on May 9th online at 6:30AM. I paid an extra delivery fee as per their site specifying that it WILL be delivered on the Saturday prior to Mother’s Day! I received NO follow up to the transition process on the status of delivery! I called the store on Saturday at 3:46PM and the receptionist assured me that my order number was out for delivery! Sure enough, I went online there it read OUT FOR DELIVERY...but, never made it to my mother’s home! Sadly, it was near their closing time! Nonetheless, I continued to track the delivery up until 10:00PM because my mother said that she received a call at near 7:28PM Saturday evening from someone that didn’t respond! She called the number back and the receiver said that they were running late and would be there soon! Well....SOON NEVER ARRIVED!!! So, my mother spent an entire day, in quarantine, waiting for a delivery that NEVER should up! Now, we are here for the day that I wanted to have been remembered as a beautiful start to my Mother on Mother’s Day without the delivery I was GUARANTEED! No one is answering the phones at this location (MONTCLAIR) which is terrible business! I WILL NOT recommend this location to NO ONE!!!

The fruit is really good nice and fresh but the lady that picks up the phone sounds like a young girl shes very rude and nasty. Shes never pleasant and she puts people on hold very long and wont come back to the phone. I stop ordering from here because of her attitude, her customer service sucks.

I placed my order may 6th and paid extra to get it before Mother’s Day, I called the day my order was supposed to be delivered and the lady told me my order was in transit. After maybe 5 more hours of waiting I called again, she said the same thing and hung up in my face. Today is Mother’s Day and I’ve been calling to ask where my order is but no one would answer the phone for me. Waste of time and money.

Unprofessional, rude, poor customer service, poor product. I ordered a Mother’s Day basket for my sister, fruit was bad, order incomplete. I called to have product re sent or to get a refund, Patrick was horrible and hung up the phone on me and my sister twice. Managers excuse was “ he’s a temporary/seasonal worker”. No accountability by Management for their workers. Will never order from this place again!

I went to the Montclair location hoping to order a fruit arrangement for my friend who lost a love one. I walked in and noticed the floor wasnt clean. A worker was sitting there talking on the phone and didnt acknowledge my presence. I stood there and realized It was a personal call. I thought to myself, this is rude! He could have said, welcome to Edible Arrangements please give me a minute or something. After waiting and listening to his conversation, I left out the store thinking this is Unbelievable. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back there again.

This store needs to do better at handling issues with orders, the owner took excessive time and effort to resolve a poorly timed delivery, 2-3 months actually. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I think the owner is just ignorant rather than malicious in his negligent practice.
