Just got my I pad 6 fix for screen repair took it to another place and was price really high. And was told it would take a week .. look around and found this place got it done in a hour plus price was best that I found. Going to recommend this place to my friends that need repairs.

Went in to get a screen repaired.Told it would take an hour to be done. Came back at 1hr and 10min. Told it just needed to dry. At 1hr 40min told the screen wasnt staying down because of a dent. I guess dents arent a common thing because he said he needed to figure out how to keep it down? I ask for a 10 dollar discount for the extra wait. I was told no. At 2hr and 10mins it was done. After paying I informed him I would take my 2 Xbox repairs that I needed somewhere else. I was told that was fine because he would never see me again. There are better places to get your items repaired out there dont let this place take you money and your Time just to be disrespectful to you.

The guy told me my iPad would be ready in one day and it took 2 weeks and during that time they didn’t even call me to let me know. I had to called them and this unprofessional guy told me that he didn’t break my iPad. This is something that is not professional to say because obviously I took my iPad there to be repair and it wasn’t cheap. I will not recommend this place at all.

Takes to long they say its ready by next week then i call they say ok sir tmm itll be ready 3 or 2 days later

Got your Paradise is a great place to go for your computers phones game consoles theyll repair old games as best as they could the Xbox 360 PlayStation if you have one perhaps a whatever is around theyll try to repair it and if they cant well theyll be honest theyre fast theyre reliable and its a good place if you have a building or not working laptop theyll fix it phone tablet I recommend this place

Good customer service but the quality of the screens are horrible. the colors are the worst and the touch screed sometimes looses sensitivity. had two phones replaced there and both have the same problem.

Took in my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus for screen repair and Willy was very nice explain what was wrong with my device plus told me why the price was higher than other devices. Great customer service and my phone was done in 1 day.

Went in to ask if my phone could be salvaged,I was told to wait 5 minutes, waited 35 minutes, finally had to ask what is taking so long to find out if it can be fixed and if so, how much? Was told I would receive a call either that day or tomorrow, no call ever came either day, went to their store the third day, their website said they closed at 4pm, I arrived at 3:30, nobody there, even on their door it says they close at 4pm, finally received a call 4 or 5 days later, went in the store and the young guy working there handed me my phone, I was surprised that the phone had been fixed(screen, and other issues)I never told them to fix it because a price was never quoted to me, the guy tells me 120$ I told him I need to get my sim card at home to make sure everything works and asked him to charge my phone until I come back so I could see if its holding a charge as well.Then the next day I get a call from the owner(I guess) who now tells me the charge is 190$ because of some technical issue, I told him I could probably buy the same phone for probably less( since its 5 years old),That is why I initially Inquired about an estimate on salvageability and price before I would ever agree to it being fixed( common sense),Anyhow, I just decided to leave the phone rather than pursuing a legal issue even though I did everything absolutely correct, Very, Very badly run business, so many issues with them, But I do have to say the young people working here are very friendly, even then owner ( or manager?) Is a friendly guy, just not a professionally rsn business.

Got my phone screen replaced because there was two scratches on it. After the screen was replaced the phone kept turning on and off and it was clicking random buttons. Then I got it “fixed” 3 more times after that the phone completely died. The owner then tells me my phone was trash and curse me out of his store.

ZERO response to my quote request, phone goes directly to voicemail. Hard pass on doing any business. Maybe the business is someones casual hobby?

First time I went there it was to fix my iPad screen. They replaced the screen but it constantly started to come of. So I went back and let the know what the problem was. They put more glue or whatever on the screen but broke the home button in the process... Second time I went to go fix my phone screen. It also has water damage. They fix the screen and told me they fixed the water damage. After about a couple days my phone started to trip so I went too a different phone repair person and they told me it still has water damage. To be honest this location doesn’t know how to fix anything. Waste of time and money. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place is ridiculous honestly. They took forever and no calls, no updates, I had to walk there several times and always got the same response that it will be done the next day. That next day turn to take a month and a half to get what I dropped off to fix. When I took it to fix one thing and they ended up messing with it and claim that multiple things needed to be fix which was a lie.

A great shop with amazing employees! Their prices are also unmatched! Work is done quick, and everyone is very helpful no matter what problem you may have.

I hate to write negative reviews for a small business, but this business messed up my iPad I brought in for a cracked screen repair. The home button stopped working after the repair, and they havent been able to fix it. I still havent picked up the unit since I brought it back in. I will update my review if the issue is resolved.

Maurice came to my phone to mount my 75 inch tv. Yes I am that guy bigger is better anyway. The price is great cause best wanted to do it for 350. Wow way to much call these and came out next day for $200. Going to use them again

This place has terrible customer service. I went in to fix my phone screen and they ended up breaking my phone where it wouldn’t even turn on so not only did they break my phone but didn’t even offer to replace it. Then I relied on them to order me a new phone which I was going to have to pay for, & they had me wait almost a month for while they were coming up with all these lies and sketchy excuses the whole time. They were being rude so that I would just take my phone cause he didn’t want to deal with their mess up. Finally I just went out and bought a phone cause I got tired of waiting on their lies all of a sudden when I call to just pick up my broken phone then all of a sudden they had a phone for me. This place was a horrible experience . I’d rather pay more money for better,reliable service.

I went to get my phone screen fixed and they call me a month later saying that they werent not able too, due to touch response not working so they gave me a refund. When I received the phone I took it home and tried to fix it my self. I fixed the problem myself in 2 hours and changed the screen in 10 min.They dont even know the simplest task.

The kid they sent to mount our TV was 4.5 hours late, couldnt find the studs and didnt have the right tools with him. What a waste of a day for us. I do not recommend them.

Worst experience EVER. Im doing you a favor by telling you to RUN from this company, I wish someone would have warned me.Not only did they BREAK my phone when they tried to repair it, they charged me $300 and refused to refund any of it. At least for cameras this place doesnt know anything. They promised me they did and were charging me 300 for a sensor when all it needed was a clean that they supposed did and charge me for it.

The service attitude was very poor. Tell me that the screen was made by Apple. I changed the screen to 7 in the morning. After changing it in the afternoon, I kept flashing back to find the boss. The boss didn’t believe that the screen was made by Apple but I didn’t expect the quality. The most important thing is that there is no sense of responsibility and you don’t deserve to open a shop. Don’t come here for repairs! !
