I had purchased fixture for my bathroom and kitchen from Fixture shop in 2006 and I recently had an issue with the faucet. Spoke with Sally about ordering a replacement cartridge and to my surprise she had my info and the original invoice of what I had ordered. She told me she would send a replacement out to me under warranty. It has been over 13yrs I was ready to pay and she said it was covered no charge. Anyone other company would have taken the opportunity to make some money on it. They have a great variety and customer service will be using them again when I remodel next year.

We bought all our faucets and shower equipment from the fixture shop in 2017. The whole process was really great because they really assisted us in making decisions. We opted for California Faucets for the manufacture. The equipment was extremely precise and beautiful to look at. Fast forward 2021, the hand shower hose blew at both ends. It was a French Gold special order hose and would have been $100+ to replace. Jose from the Fixture Shop, intervened, in our behalf, and got Cal Faucets, to warranty the hose and will ship it to us when completed. Thats real customer service. Thank you, Fixture Shop...

I would like to thank Sally. She took the extra time to help me find the Kohler stopper parts I needed to successfully repair my bathroom sink stopper. She was very helpful and pleasant!

They have a well displayed assortment of fixtures in such a tight space. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy. They have high end products here so we were out of our league and didnt purchase anything. However, if money isnt so tight you will definitely find that unique and fancy and perfect fixture here

What a great place. High quality fixtures of many kinds and brands. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly. A bit more expensive than Lowes or Home depot but its quality that lasts. Its definitely worth it.

This place as great quality and takes the time to talk to about differences in product and I have never had a problem on returning anything, even if I just changed my mind on my choice. I really like the small business feel of the place. A good reliable place that will remember what you bought 10years ago.

Not sure about the quality but accessories are on the high end (prices).

Price gougers! Ouch! Charged $15 for a small plastic adapter (not the whole handle kit) for my moen shower faucet. The price from moen was less than half including the whoke kit. Needing the shower fixed NOW, i bowed to the gouge. One good thing, they did have in stock, as other local stores didnt.
