I bought a wine class certificate as a gift. Recipient was unable to attend and called in advance to inform vendor who told recipient to save certificate and call in the future to use. Pandemic arrived shortly thereafter. Just this week after the state reopening, recipient visited vendor with paper certificate to redeem for merchandise as the vendor is not offering classes. Vendor refused to honor certificate and accused recipient of fabricating the history of the events. Vendor kept no records of attendance at classes and insisted that recipient was making things up despite having actual certificate in hand. Vendor refused to honor even a partial credit of certificate’s value or make any type of compromise to the recipient. I state the facts only to let readers make their own decision on the customer service. I will not visit this business again.

One of the best wine shops you will ever walk into. All selections are hand picked by the owner, featuring organic producers. Interesting selections you wont find in your chain wine stores.

For boutique Wine, Beers & Liquors this is a great place to go to. They have great Wine & Beer clubs. They have nice events about every month. They even have boutique snacks in case youre planning on having a small party at home. Parking can be hard to come by.

Not only does Amanti Vino have a stellar selection of the worlds finest wines and undiscovered gems, it has the most helpful and accommodating staff imaginable. I always leave with a great beverage and much more insight on the producer, the region, the variety, food pairing, etc. Highly recommended as your first stop before heading to one of Montclairs fine restaurants.

POSITIVE VIBES. Friendly spot. Staff is very helpful. Cold Craft beer selection is somewhat limited, but also REALLY great (about two fridges of variety). Beer is also not too expensive i think the craft 4 packs are usually about 9-14$ Some musicians occasionally stop by to play. There are sometimes large crowds, and limited seats, but if you stand and wait (6 ft away from the building) you can get a seat within 10-15 minutes. Some parents bring there babies. Been going to Amonti Vino for years and recently worked with Pete at the Montclair location to buy a special gift for one of my clients and had great experience. Easy to deal with and his knowledge was vast. He made the buy very easy and convenient. Will definitely go to amonti vino and Pete again.

Best wine and craft beer shop in town. The employees are awesome, nice and very knowledgeable.

Underwhelmed and overpriced. Sharon, the sycophantic owner, will push the more/most expensive wine bottles for you to purchase. Consult with one of her employees, they seem to know more about wine than she does. Cant fool this 25 years+ wine connoisseur.
