Standard Bath and Body Works, location well stocked, staff are friendly. Would return to in future. Location is in a mall. Parking okay, but can be an issue. Counter is accessible, may be slight issue navigating around shop.

The people thats thier to greet you are so very nice and pleasant and the atmosphere is a breath of fresh air. They have a nice buy 3 get 2 free or buy 2 get one free special.

It always look so pretty and festive no matter what time of year. And it smells so good. Problem I had was with the 3 Wick candle sale, I made it a point to get up early was online at 5:30 a.m. and they were already sold out. I wonder if that was just local or if online was Nationwide. Very disappointed as I am disabled at the moment and cannot go out to the store, very sad.

I love Bath & Body Works scents. The scented hand soaps are my favorite. I wash my hands often throughout the day so they get used quick. If they lasted longer then a wk I would buy more often.

Katrina, at the Lower level store, is exceptional and super attentive. She pays attention to us and gets to know us on a personal level. How else can she know what we like?!! She’s awesome. When I bring my little girl and her little friends, Katrina makes sure they have a nice shopping experience and treats them with care! Plus, she knows my daughters likes and when she has unicorn items available she makes sure to let us know! We absolutely love Katrina! 5 Stars for being Exceptional and Caring!!!
