VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONALI WILL NEVER RETURN. WEAVE PRO TOTALLY BEATS THIS PLACE.MAKE SURE TO CALL BEFORE GOING TO THIS LOCATION, EITHER THEY ARE OUT OF HAIR OR CLOSED. IVE TRIED GOING TWICE. MONDAY THEY WERE CLOSED AT 3PM AND WEDNESDAY THEY DIDNT OPEN UNTIL 4PM.THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 10AM TO 7PM.STAFF IS RUDE.LIKE I STATED ABOVE, I WILL NEVER RETURN AND ADVISE NO ONE ELSE TO.WEAVE PRO FOR THE WIN.

This is my second experience with this company. First time was two summers ago. Bought some curly hair. It shed a bit and the closure shed a lot. Figured because it was curly and was probably over-brushed lol. Anyways, went in today for a closure to install a bob. I was told that due to Covid I couldn’t touch the hair. 🤔. The closure was 12inches and $145 before taxes. (A bit pricey but I was willing to pay). However, not being able to check the quality of my purchase especially at that price point, I don’t know about that. Considering that thousands of people go to places like the grocery store daily, probably even the manager of BabyDolls and you still purchase your groceries. You have a 1 customer at a time policy; at that rate I’m sure you can find a sufficient way to make sure COVID IS NOT TRANSFERRED. If this were my business I’d have my customers sanitize their hands once inside and also recommend washing their purchase at home or before they install the hair. I’d also consider having sample pieces of hair on display that can be touched vs nothing at all. Consider how many people touched the hair before you got it- to sell to us! 🤷🏽‍♀️I’m just saying. I’m a hairstylist servicing both LA & the IE but unfortunately this isn’t a place I can refer my customers to for hair... or at least not during Covid. Customers go to hair stores like yours for the sole purpose of checking the quality of the product. That includes touching it..

I understand safety is important so one person coming in at a time I understand. I understand wearing a mask. I went in with intentions to buy long lengths(spend money) and was informed I couldn’t even touch the hair until after it was purchased. Feeling the hair is the most important part ! I would not recommend this seller.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered three bundles and a three part closure. The hair smelled like corn chips and the ends of the hair was in terrible shape. I had it installed, hair was washed and the smell never went away. I reached to company to tell them I received the wrong closure and never got a response. I paid close to 500 bucks for this hair and only used it for once install. Hair was in terrible shape and I feel like I was ripped off for sure. Not a good company to do business with and I was very hopeful.

I ordered on June 22 and was told because of the way I paid on Pay Pal. I paid with my checking account! After speaking to the owner on Friday they assured me they received my payment and my order would be shipped out on Monday. My order was not shipped and still not showing shipped as of Wednesday. This was my first and last time using this company.
