Love the staff and service and am always amazed by the new designs. We have used them for our bathrooms and kitchen. Have run out of places to remodel lol. Just ordered a water filter today.

We are renovating our bathroom and decided to stop at Bathworks.Right when we walked into the store, Gerard B. greeted us with a very friendly demeanor and asked how he could help us. Gerard has been extremely patient and helpful. He responded quickly when we had any questions or concerns. Gerard has patiently spent hours with us on multiple occasions patiently answering any questions we had.He is also a problem solver and provided us with solutions we didnt know were possible. I hope this stores supervisor knows how valuable Gerard is! He (and the stores reasonable prices) is the reason why we have decided to go with Bathworks for our renovation supplies. Service is the best I personally highly recommend

We chose a bunch of Duravit products from them, and they were so easy to work with. Great selection of modern and classic options. They were knowledgeable, and friendly, and reliable. Everything came in when they said, and was delivered promptly. My kids also loved to try out all the shower heads.

Placed an order for shower head and 2 faucets. I never received a call when the products were received, I had to call and follow-up and drop in to follow-up on the status. Received a defected product which had to be reordered and had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the product and never received a call when the replacement was received. I had to call and follow-up. Customer service after you place your order (of course they got you your money is spent) could be better. If you have the time for delays, this is the place for you.

I needed a part for a Graff faucet. I called Bathworks and spoke to Dominic. He was extremely helpful and patient and found exactly what I needed. I will be going to them for future bath and kitchen needs.

Place is very nice o Lot stuff maybe Im wrong but its been 10 minutes and nobody look at me just because the way that I look doesnt mean that I dont have the money to pay I guess this place is one of those
