My family has trusted Nasir and this shop with a few thousand dollars worth of servicing over the last year.This last time we needed work done regarding starting system issues, the car sat undiagnosed for 4 days until I came in personally to see what the status was. Every time I’ve come by the shop, workers are chatting and there seems very little sense of urgency to work. I get that we don’t own a fleet of M3s but we all know a speciality shop’s labor, such as this one, does not run cheaply.Meanwhile there are those of us without a car waiting just to know what the diagnostic is—let alone a quotation and additional time needed for the actual repairs. This would round out the car to being at the shop for a full week until repairs would start. Anyone who depends on their car for every day livelihood knows how vulnerable being in this position can be.My family, both my brother and mother, have also been disrespected by inappropriate attitude and remarks by Nasir (“your brother, your boyfriend or whatever”) and I decided out of principle to not continue supporting this shop and removed the car immediately to get work done elsewhere.Please do some internal work on your ego as a human and professional. The rest of us are still dealing with a pandemic and don’t have time for this energy.

They worked on my 2012 e93 m3 and Im very satisfied with their work. They have access to OEM parts as well so turn around time is minimal. They own similar if not the same BMW M cars so they know the delicate approach one must take when it comes to fixing/maintaining one. I highly recommend this shop. Their price is very competitive (cheaper in my case) than surrounding BMW shops around the area so I saved a lot. I like to work on fixing my own car but since Im a long way from home with minimal tools, I trust them 100% when it came to fixing/maintaining my car. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed. They do honest, no BS work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These guys did great work. My wife took my car in and she felt really comfortable with the two brothers that were there. They fixed a few issue on my M3. Couldnt be more happier. car is running great and the main thing is my wife felt very comfortable which made me happy.

Nasser and his team worked on my 2011 328i with 155k miles, and completely exceeded all of my expectations.It was my first time at best motor werks but just one look around the shop/parking lot and you’ll feel instant comfort as you see the insane cars they work on, clearly they know their stuff!My car was an impulsive purchase, later found out it was an auction car with no previous records on maintenance. I’ve been to several shops and NONE of them truly inspected my vehicle every time I’d ask for a full inspection like they did at Best MW. Everything from my tires to my water pump and vanos solenoids.Needless to say after the repairs were all said and done, I took the car to the road and felt all of the difference in it.During the process they kept in contact, let me know about anything that was worn and should be repaired, and even sent photos of the process which I thought was pretty dope of them.This is the place you should be taking your cars to, the quality of work, quality parts, insanely affordable pricing (my mans legit saved me over $2,000 easily compared to other local shops), and you feel welcomed in every way, like a truly valued customer.First time customer turned into a lifelong one!!

This is the ONLY place I will ever take my BMW. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and very professional. They’ve done some great work on my car for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be returning for future upgrades and maintenance. If you’re thinking about going somewhere else... don’t. This is the place. I recently got hung up with an at home install of an aftermarket intake system for my G30 B58. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in & I was back in business within an hour.

Customer service is A1 ! These gentlemen definitely know they’re ways around bmw’s from basic maintenance to full blown track cars. Brought in my 335i for an OFHG and new drive belt, did my diagnostic and gave me quote within an hour or so, and also found a few other issues and gave me a full price break down on them. gave me consistent updates as they worked on my car as well, I’ll definitely be coming back to them for all my service needs 👍🏽

BEST Mechanics I’ve been to in my life and I’ve been to a good amount of mechanic shops and dealerships. They’re honest, quick with service and have great rates. They inspected my car for free and within the hour they told me what was wrong with it. While my car was in the shop they would call me and tell me the progress on the vehicle and if something else was wrong. They did the jobs fast and very clean. Ive been driving my car a couple months since the last visit and the check engine light has been off and my cars been driving with maximum power.

Nasser is the absolute best. He and his brother do great handiwork, never had to go back for the same issue. Pricing is very reasonable; they obviously care about the customer. All around great place, my go-to shop for car troubles.

I am very glad that I found this place. I am a BMW enthusiast with an early 90s model 3 series who, for the longest time, struggled to find a reliable place to purchase parts at a reasonable price. Not only are their prices reasonable but they are the most competitive that I have found anywhere! Best part, they are local and I can order + pickup parts same day!The owner Mo is a stand up guy. I typically do all of the work to my own car but there have been a few occasions where the job has been over my head. Mos experience and knowledge has saved me on more than one occasion.

Let me first start by saying that the service at Best Motor Werks was the best automotive repair experience I have had --coming from someone who worked for a Mercedes-Benz dealer for 4 years, I dont take this lightly.I am a huge BMW enthusiasts with an old 7-series and an 06 3-series. I recently moved to Claremont to attend school, and started having an issue with the wiring for the taillights on my 3-series.I found Best Motor Werks on Yelp, and the customer testimonials really speak for themselves.The team was extremely knowledgeable and kind, performed a free diagnosis of the problem, and even gave me a ride back to school so that I wouldnt have to pay for an Uber (campus is only 3 minutes away so it was a very appreciated act of kindness).They rewired my taillights by patching some torn wires in the harness. They explained that they used a larger gauge wire so that the issue wouldnt return, and even inspected my car to check for any other issues. Overall, they made me feel really great about the repair and I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth. They were also extremely quick; I called that morning about the issue and was able to pick my car up a mere 4 hours later.The pricing was also very affordable; they fixed my car for about the same cost that BMW of Ontario wanted to simply diagnose the problem.I cant stress enough how great of an experience this was. All of the employees are automotive enthusiasts and I feel like my car was really taken care of --something very important to me. 10/10 would recommend.
