Simply put my car was hit on a Monday, I got it back the following Monday. Work needed on the front drivers side bumper and headlight. This company communicated with me every day, giving me updates and they did it professionally, and in a friendly manner. I highly recommend this shop. It was my first time working with them, and I was impressed. Appreciate Kenny and all the hard working people at Town Auto Body!

Fantastic auto body shop!I used Town Auto Body for repair of my Subaru Forester after a minor accident (minor but required replacement of two right side doors and the bumper). Extremely happy that they were the shop that worked with my insurance - so professional, excellent customer service and communication, fantastic work. Getting my parts and having them ready for install took a little while - but they kept me informed every step of the way and the car was beautifully finished (and sparkling clean!) sooner than estimated. And the quality of their work done is perfection, really beautiful.I highly and happily recommend Kenny and his entire staff!

When my car was hit earlier this summer, I thought I was doomed. Luckily, I was referred to Town Auto Body by the insurance company. Kenny and his crew were fantastic. My car was brought back to its shiny, glossy glory within a couple of days! They repaired quickly and even took it for a wash! Im thankful for the reference, the great work, and very pleasant service. Although I hope not to see these guys anytime soon (lol), I know exactly who to call for help.

Great experience! After getting a few local estimates, they gave me a very reasonable estimate. They explained the work and possible obstacles ahead of time. None came up but it was good to know that they were honest up front. If I ever need more work, I would definitely go there.

I took my car in to be fixed and they did an excellent job, all the work took about a week and everything was just as if it was a new car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you town auto body team!

I was the victim of a hit and run...luckily for me I had a witness who got the plate number...I brought my car here for the body work..no one else was in the car...my entire passenger side was hit...Im a very difficult person to please..I admit it...they did a perfect job...(no..Im not related...lol...)..I honestly cant believe how they matched the paint to the rest of the car...but, they did!!! I highly recommend them..they get 5 stars from me...

We have used Town auto body a number of times and are always amazed with both the service and workmanship. This is not your typical body shop. They treat you with respect and courtesy. And they always deliver the car in excellent shape on the day promised or earlier. On this occasion they quoted us a price and called later in the day at told us that one piece they were going to replace was fine and their price would be over $300 LOWER than they had originally quoted. We never would have known about it if they had not told us. These are honest people who do excellent work and treat you right.

Fixed my car quickly, and even cleaned the enite inside and outside of my car spotlessly. Great service and great work. Will be back for sure next time my car needs work.

This shop was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end. Went in and there was no hassle getting an estimate. Walked into the shop and they did not have an attitude like some other shops I tried to get estimates from. After getting the estimate I called back a couple of days later to schedule the job, they fit me in to get job done when I was on a business trip. Came home from business trip went first thing in the morning to pick up the car and it looked absolutely brand new I could not tell there was ever a dent and the paint matched perfectly. They also stuck to the estimate and the estimate came in $1200 under another shop for the same job. These people are professional, trustworthy, and delivered what they said. If I ever need any other body work this is the shop I will return too. Thank you for a job well done dealing with Town Auto was an absolute pleasure.

Extremely friendly folks that do extremely high quality work! Work times have been less than quoted both times Ive required their services and its very, very convenient that, when filing my claim via telephone (I have Geico), I was able to schedule time with an insurance adjuster to have my car inspected right at the body shop. After inspection, the adjuster dealt directly with Town, provided insurance reimbursement to them immediately, and I was able to schedule the actual work on my vehicle.This all happened the same day (within an hour or two). Good stuff. Even more convenience: Enterprise is located next door to Town, so I was able to walk right over and pick up my pre-booked (by Geico) rental. Fantastic.Many thanks to Town (and their solid relationship with Geico) for making recovering from my extremely frustrating car accident(s) as quick, efficient, and stress-free as possible. Perhaps most importantly, my car looked gorgeous when I got it back.

Excellent results and friendly service.

Brought car in for body work. Went to pick it up and the car was in worse shape than before I dropped it off. I went back in to ask the owner why it was in worse shape he jumped over the counter, cursed at me and challenged me to a fist fight. Beyond unprofessional.
