The driver’s side of my car was thrashed. Went to see Carlos for a quote which was reasonable, considering insurance wasn’t covering the repairs. Was told that the repair would take 3 weeks, which is exactly how long it took. My car looks like new!!

My car battery got stolen and the hood wouldn’t close shut. Gracie, the super nice young lady, explained to me that the latch could either be realigned or might need replacement. The tech was able to realign it at no cost. I offered to pay for the time and labor, but they declined. They did more than just fix the hood. I was feeling so down about the incident, but Gracie and the tech’s act of kindness really touched me. Thank you so much Gracie❤️❤️

I was real-ended and the responsible party wanted to bypass insurance companies. Montclair Auto Collision acted on my behalf for everything. They arranged a rental, dealt with the other company and reduced my stress. They did an amazing job on my car. The service was great. The whole team is polite, professional, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!Took in my car for some fender problems (hit and run incident). They called saying theirs damage to other items as well and needed to replace them (Didnt make much sense since I checked the vehicle and those items seemed like they were working fine, my A/C for example). When receiving my car my window wouldnt go down and my horn didnt work. They said it was old and needed to be replaced. After an hour of driving from there location my car started to overheat. Took it to a shop they told me they were not connected (window motor and horn).. They also told me that they did not input the right amount of coolant in my car causing it to overheat. I have video of this as well. The work done on my vehicle is horrible as well. Do not take your car here.

Carlos and his team are the best!! I have brought two cars here becuase they have really gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and they got the job done. I had two lift gate problems- my liftgate was stolen from our Ford F150, they made sure they got me the best price and quality at almost half of what the dealer quoted me. Then, a bicycle ran into my parked 4Runner, and again Carlos went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal to replace it and touch up the bumper and back window that had also been damaged. We were so grateful!! Next well be taking that same 4Runner to get detailed and painted as a graduation gift for our son. I live in Redondo Beach and travel all the way to Montclair because I cant trust anyone else. Thanks Carlos and the team at Montclair!!!

Carlos!!!This is my 2nd experience with Montclair Auto Collision Center, and my 3rd with Carlos!(Wait, Im NOT a bad driver, I just happen to be a magnet for them!)I came to see Carlos the first time at a body shop in East Los Angeles. A friend referred me to him, and she was over the moon on how friendly and professional Carlos was, and how he took care of her mothers little Corolla.Now, Ive had two other body shop experiences, one was okay, and the other was down right pull your hair out awful. So, I decided to try my luck with Carlos.I took my truck, a Ford F-150, that sustained damage to the passenger side from some guy that thinks its okay to drive 80 mph on the freeway while raining. (-_ -)Carlos greeted me, invited me into the office; we spoke casually for a few minutes and briefly asked about the accident. He proceeded to explain the process, eased some woes, started some paperwork and we were off!Carlos returned my truck rather quickly, despite a hiccup on the insurance side. The truck came out as beautiful as it could be, I mean it had other little dings here and there, which he was kind enough to buff out, but the damaged area was flawless!Thanks, Carlos!! *peel out of driveway*FAST FORWARD from 2009 to 2016 (told you I was a good driver)BANG!Rear ended at a traffic light. *sigh...cell phone user*Wheres my lawyer!? ha, no *light bulb comes on* Carlos!! After the exchange of info, I went home and looked into past paperwork for his information, To my dismay, I could not find his business card, so I decided to drive back to the body shop in East LA. To my disappointment, Carlos was not working there anymore. I thought, This is it...this is your fault for not keeping tabs. Fortunately, a nice fellow that worked there, gave me his cell number. Uh, thanks, friend...I hope you dont get in trouble?I call. Come to find out, Carlos now OWNS a body shop...of course he does!!During our conversation, we talk extensively over several topics, and then I ask where hes located.Oh, wow? Montclair, huh? Thats by Pomona, isnt it? Oooof.I heavily weigh my options, do I make the drive and go with Carlos, OR stay local and gamble? Its a NO-BRAINER...Carlos, of course!!With GPS in hand, I go on my quest to find, Montclair Auto Collision Center.Once I arrive, his smile is unforgettable! He has a gift for REALLY taking care of his clients. I am thrilled to say that his unmistakable customer service was still glowing. I gave him my keys, filled out some paperwork, had me driven to the car rental place and like that, I was off. MACC took care of everything in a streamlined fashion!Oh, btw, I had a small dent on the right rear bumper.I believe ten days went by, when I got the call, Your truck is ready! Alright!!On receiving my truck, Carlos walked me through the repairs, made sure I was satisfied with everything before I even stepped into the vehicle. He had my truck detailed, too! What a Champ!FAST FORWARD to 2017...BANG!Again?! Well, heres that no-brainer...Carlos, help!!Someone hits my rear bumper, again. This time a little more severe. I immediately call Carlos! The staff at MACC, is by far, professionals!! Sam, helped me big time. I gave her all the information I had, the other partys insurance, the number of the local yard, and within 5 hours, my truck was out of the local yard and on a flatbed headed to Montclair!!I can not sing enough praises of Carlos and all his staff at MACC!! Seriously, true professionals.Well, along with a nice shiny bumper assembly, new bumper, and a tow hitch assemby, MACC added a detail to make everything pop!*Super Grin*Im glad I dont see Carlos and the staff at MACC that often, but when I do, its always nice to know that I WILL be taken care of!!Thanks, guys!! You make the headache of the process of being in an accident, a thing of the past. Wooo!!
