Edgar helped me on my GMC five months ago, he did an excellent body job. Today, I went back because I had an issue with my headlights. He did and excellent job taking care of it and he also washed my car at no cost. I definitely recommend caliber collision, especially for the excellent customer service they have. This shop did a great job on my 2021 Mazda CX-5. I was in a rear ended accident and was so stressed about being without my car. They made me so comfortable by keeping me updated with all of the work they were doing and assuring me it would be done by end of October. They even stayed until 10 pm to work on my car so I would get it that same day because I let them know I was moving a few days later. I loved the work and customer service provided by Kenny and Marcos.
Although not the cheapest the quality of work more than makes up the price. the customer service is exemplary. sout out to both Edgar Rivera and Marcos Macias. ask for them, they will go above and beyond to help you.

While I could not get my truck repaired due to policy w/aftermarket parts, I do want to share my experience with one of the employees at Caliber and you all should ask for him- his name is Rudy.My truck was hit a few weeks ago and needed repairs so I chose Caliber because weve taken our vehicles there before. I got connected with Rudy who thoroughly explained the entire process even with an anticipated amount of time it would take to get the vehicle back in my hands. In this day in age, its not all the time you come across someone who really takes the time to explain all the aspects of process while also making you feel confident in the work that they do. I can honestly say that Rudy did an above and beyond job and reinforced my perspective that Caliber is the best place to get your vehicle fixed. Shoutout to this guy, the service that he puts out is second to none.

Very poor service car not properly fixed the first time had to take it back cause Acc controls not working and brake sensor came on so I dropped car of at 7:30 am on the 28th of September Monday I did not receive no call so I had to call the receptionist very rude no customer skills spoke to Rudy said were on it was lied to car has been at shop for three days now do t understand why it takes so long to fix a sensor on the nvehicle I believe they should of took the to the dealers if there guy could not fix the prob lem the first time its funny due to the fact of me taking my car back to calliber collision they should of put me in a rental car it is now Wednesday rudy doesnt call me like he said he would call i had to call him I finally did call at 11:30am they made me believe my car would be fixed right away felt lied to also very poor cutomer service if anything goes wrong this time I will not be taking vehicle back to this place.P.S.IF YOUR GUY COULDNT FIX THE ACC CALLIBRATION THE FIRST TIME SHOULD OF TOOK IT TO THE HONDA DEALERSHIP THE FIRST TIME NOW MY CAR IS BACK AT YOUR SHOP A MONTH AND A HALF LATER .Its been very nice for me to be off of work 3 days without pay maybe next time caliber collision should offer rentals instead of the customer making the hint.

Had my vehicle repaired in this shop. I was not happy about having it there for 2 months but the frame needed to be swapped out on my truck. BLAKE made all the difference for me. He always kept me updated and informed about the process. After i received my truck i had a few issues and without hesitation BLAKE asked me to drop it off and made my truck perfect again. BLAKE is the man ask for him because he cares and looks out for his customers! He will be the manager one day and make everyone happy with their results!

Couldnt be happier with the results of my car. I unfortunately was rear ended on the freeway and a chunk of my bumper was missing. Came down to this place where I was warmly welcomed by the front desk and was thouroughly explained about how the upcoming process will be by Rudy.Rudy was on top of everything. Constantly staying in communication with me when it came to any movement of my car. I was afraid it was gonna be like most places where they bs you and never know what the hell is going on. But, Rudy was literally on top of everything. Always keeping me in the loop. If youre reading this, Rudy. My car was taken here for repairs after I was hit by someone who ran a red light. The radiator needed to be replaced, but when they did that they did not put any radiator fluid into the radiator. When I drove it the check engine light came on, and the temperature shot up to maximum, which means the engine overheated.This happened twice before I realized there was literally not a drop of radiator fluid, it was bone dry. I had my boss give me a ride to the local auto shop to get coolant to prevent any further damage to the engine. It took the entire jug, proving it had absolutely none in it. When I told this to the person that handled my case at Caliber their response was Ok.At this point my car is now leaking oil from a leaky seal and I am positive it was caused by the fact that I used the car for two days without radiator fluid. I brought it back in and according to them unless Toyota themselves can prove that the oil leak is related to the accident on the claim that they have no obligation to fix my vehicle because they only replaced the radiator and did not touch those seals. I am arguing that they caused severe damage to my vehicle with their neglect, and they are refusing to take responsibility for their actions by repairing that damage.They are lucky my engine didnt seize up completely and total the car, then I would be getting a lawyer involved. I still might have to, we will see what the extent of the damage is with time. I am in contact with my insurance company at the moment and they seem to agree with me so far on this. I know my family mechanic who has seen my car before and after this experience agrees with me, especially considering that it was not leaking oil before the accident. Caliber tried to tell me that its normal for my car to be leaking because its about 90k miles, even though its a 2015 Scion FR-S. The seals are nowhere near old enough to be failing yet. The only reason they should be failing is misuse of the engine, which running it without radiator fluid repeatedly constitutes.As a side note they also took my car for a joyride, without coolant of course. The reasons I believe this are the ladies sunglasses in my glovebox, and the extra miles on the car. I dont keep sunglasses in there, and the glasses didnt belong to my girlfriend as she wears prescription lenses. Seems pretty suspicious considering my car was only there for repairs. I understand a test drive, but the glasses and miles tell a more exciting story. You still shouldnt do a test drive without any radiator fluid though, especially with the Ferris Bueller-esque shenanigans they likely pulled. I am extremely displeased and I will not stand for this.

I repaired my cars in diferente callibers workshops,but this is fue worst,Í do not recommend this workshop,the do not have quality workers, but les quality have their Office workers,they spend smoking or on the cell phone and not they attend to the clients as they should be,the manager david consents to the bad work they do,this workshop is trash

A very terrible place they gave me my car back with a hole in the radiator and a refurbished battery and my spark plug wher not tighten at all bs place manager cool af the rest bs took another week for just a radiator change thats 3 weeks that they had it very incovinet

Have had my car for almost three weeks. Every time I call I get a different excuse and Im told different things from different workers. Keep getting told it will be done this day or that day when I call to see if it is done they have an excuse. Horrible. Never again.
This is no longer a center to take your car. The car has to be a referral due to severe damage. The staff refers you 7 miles away to another office. I have to find another collision center in my area. Any suggestions??
