I went in on Tuesday and got my car back on a Friday. My main concern was the matching of paint and they nailed it and thats why they get a five stars. Todd was great because he actually prove what he was saying not just talking a big game like any other salesman and the receptionist was also cool very professional. Honestly I cant tell the difference I have pictures but Im not the greatest photographer I hope it helps.

They worked around the clock knowing that the truck was my sole transportation which they did not have to do. They had my truck ready and available in record time and the work was impeccable. My car was hit on the freeway and severely damaged. Nissan had me take it to Ben Clymers. They helped me get a rental, took great care of my car, detailed it before giving it back to me, and even got me a new battery after it was discovered that my battery died after being in the shop for a month. My car had been in bad shape. Now, my car is driving as if it was never hit at 50 mph on the freeway. I would totally trust them with my car. They are also extremely friendly.

Fixed my car up as good as new, almost. They missed a couple of details, easily fixed.

Scam artists. Left me with a rental bill they are responsible for. Took my car in for a minor bumper dent, that my insurance was paying for. The employee Russ got into an argument with my insurance over needing more time with the car and refusing to pay for a rental car extension and hung up on them. Car was supposed to be ready Thursday, Russel claims the car was ready Friday and called me but he did not and when I called him Saturday said it wasnt ready till monday. I have proof I called Saturday but Russ says hes got video cameras and never received a call. This was weeks ago and Ive never received any calls from them. In the process of filling complaints with BBB. In short do not come here find another shop, they are no reliable or hoenst.

They gave a car to my friend as a part of their efforts in giving back to the communities they service. Really friendly, helpful, caring organization & staff.

They do great work finish the job when they say it will be done and they beat 3 other quotes that I got from different shop and the final price was what they estimated it would be. Thanks Mike and everyone else who helped get my vehicle fixed

Car was taken there for minor work on front bumper from the nissan dealer and the work here is horrible. Called the guy who was rude and told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I think a child could have done a better job at painting. Avoid this place and make the drive to ontario to fix it auto or caliber in rancho. Those two know how to do work!

Cheap parts. Cheap work liars liars.bad work i will never go to them again. They even messed up with stuff nothing to do with the problem . Door missaligned. They not even cheked theyre own work...
