This place is a must for anyone getting ready for a party. It is our go to for not only balloons but the kids party paraphernalia is wonder. We needed superhero plates and cups and they had them. We need princess cups, plates and balloons and they had them in stock. I highly recommend The Paper Market.

You should really consider retraining your staff or hiring a few new employees with more friendly/ customer service oriented work ethic, perhaps employees with a little bit more personality. Especially being owners of a small business which relies on repeat customers.

Spend lots of money here hundreds at at time because Im an event coordinator..customer service was horrible,i ordered balloons for my sister 21st birthday and she didnt get the balloons I requested then told me I didnt request those balloons but the whole phone call is recorded saying what I asked for...will never shop here again They disappointed me.Party time it is..

This is my third time within a year in here and I was hoping my experiences would be different. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Most of the staff is unfriendly and rude. When you ask for help they seemed bothered. They have a nice selection, but are overpriced. Customer service is everything to me. I won’t be back.

13 of my 24 latex balloons popped in 30mins... They were filled to the max and had no room to expand in 90 degree weather (for the transport in and out vehicle).Due to strict balloon policy nothing can be done once leaving the store.There should be at least a 50% balloon survival rate for the first hour!!!
