It seems new staffing has made a world of difference in the respiratory therapist area and receptionist area. David and Macy are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They actually seem to care about the patients. I was impressed. I used to dread going.
We contacted this company for at home Oxygen. Talked with 4 people to arrange the order & delivery that never happened. Contacted them again the following day, thank God the patient made it through the night. They were going to call back which 5 hours later has not happened
Reallllly dont want to give a 1 but have to to post,I really would like to know what gives them the right to talk to people the way they want and yell,Dont want to give me information !!but expect the customers to .Where is it right to tell a customer to shut up and listen....
