I have been with Lincare for a few years, but I have had a very hard time getting my CPAP supplies. I was Ttold my insurance qualifies me for supplies. I tried to get home in time to pick them up at your office Friday, but I ran out of driving hrs and had to park. I drive an eighteen wheeler. I called and the girl I spoke to said she was overnighting them to me, but they have not come yet and I need them before I leave back out.
I think about the worst service you can possibly use with a CPAC system-send you wrong supplies and then when you need supplies for your machine they are out or it’s not time for your insurance to pay and you can’t pay cash because everything is on back order -wow-so you can’t keep your mask on-the Velcro is wore out so it won’t stay tight and your mash is only 85 to 90% sealed which is simply not helping you at all-so then your insurance or Medicare is paying for something you can’t use at all so the alternative is just take it back and do without simply because of a supply company-All insurance plans should stop using this company immediately -and all folks using this supplier should find another supplier ASAP
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sent a defective pulse ox unit for my grandchild to leave the NICU. They couldn’t leave the hospital without it. Took hours to get defective cord, that my son-in-law has to go get. They go home with the unit and the internal battery will not charge. Their response was to bring another cord! The company was called several times with no response. My daughter called to have it picked up and have charges removed from insurance. Finally gets call from manager. Day later, they have not come to get unit so that my daughter can get a unit from a local reputable company. Now it is Saturday, storms may come, and they do not have a unit that will work if electricity goes out!!! I am furious. Their service is horrible!
My Dad has asbestosis and requires oxygen 24/7 no exceptions. Lincare has bee getting him the small pack that regenerates its own oxygen for 2 years. We still do not have it! Dad is in the hospital and the doctors are trying to get someone from Lincare to come here! So far no result..If your insurance will allow you would be better off with any available company!
They are wonderful with my grandparents. They are close to 90yr and Ms. Roslin was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful. Thank you.
Staff is friendly & helpful. They really do care
Had a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond to try to help me with my CPAP.
This place was awesome. It has a small office staff, so yes they are busy at times, but I was treated with nothing but respect and genuine care. I walked in with no appointment and worked with Debbie, who was extremely friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through every step along the way. A week later, I have a brand new CPAP machine and supplies purchased through my insurance, which I didnt even know was possible. They even took the time to explain how to use my new device and informed me about the timetables for replacing parts and accessories. I highly recommend Lincare and will absolutely tell my friends and family.
TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Used Maries medical for years and was nothing but satisfied. Had to switch to Lincare, due to our insurance company changing. I have seriously considered going back to our old insurance company, just to be able to go away from Lincare for CPAP supplies. When you call them to set up service, you either have to leave a message or they tell you they will get the ball rolling and call you back. They dont call back - EVER, nor do they get anything rolling. Every time you call them back, they claim not to have what they need from the doctors office or wherever. Do they try to get what they need from the doctors office-NO, they ask you to do it! Its THEIR job, not mine. Claimed to have faxed the forms to the doctor, but he is a personal friend, and he never received them. HE had to get the paperwork and send it to THEM!!! Had he not been a friend, we still would have no CPAP supplies, because most doctors would not have gone to that trouble, nor should they have to. Then, when they get that portion, they claim they still need something else, which they make absolutely NO attempt at trying to obtain. Just basically say we dont have it, so, oh well, cant help you. It is the BIGGEST run around. They are incompetent, and just dont want to fool with it. For two years we have been having to buy CPAP supplies out of pocket through Amazon, rather than our insurance, due to this companies ineptitude. Furthermore, they generally lack the appropriate knowledge of what the insurance company needs, filing insurance claims, etc. JUST HORRIBLE! They couldnt care less, and I hope they go out of business. Im surprised they havent already. I would hate to know if somebody was dependent on oxygen and was having to use this company to get it. They would probably die before they saw any service.
Very rude i called needing oxygen the first thing they said is i cant understand a word your saying i cant breathe so i cant talk loud it seems us older ppl get kicked around we are sick at the end of the day without us youd have no job ...i just needed some one to service my machine be nice you never know who your talking to
This companies (Monroe branch) is a ridiculous disaster. Ineffectual staff and procedures should go out of business.
