Wonderful, personal service. My son needed to upgrade from a 3/4 to a full size violin. Robin at Baroque in Monroe had a wide selection for him to try and she accepted our 3/4 violin at full trade in value. We highly recommend Baroque violin!

I live in Northeastern Ohio. I was assured that the distance from the shop wouldnt be an issue when I rented my sons cello. The instrument was at his school for me to pickup and they even brought a new bow to his school when I told them his broke without any issue. Then came time to return the instrument. I cannot get a straight answer from their rep as to when and how to return it, so now Im being told by his former orchestra teacher that I can drop the instrument off to her on a specified day that conflicts with my work schedule or drive 5 hours to the shop to return it myself. Mind you I have been trying to return the instrument for almost 2 months now. Im also being charged for this time that Ive been trying to return the instrument. This has been a nightmare. If youre not local to the shop, rent elsewhere.
