I have not had good service with these people. The order is called the day before pick up. And when I come it 8s always a hour wait

I am a home owner who recently made a purchase from Russell Moore lumber - of 43 pieces. The delivery arrived the next day as promised. Of the 43 pieces delivered, 21 pieces were defective and were returned. My original order was placed on 6/12/2020. I called to find when the replacement pieces would be delivered. I was told that they were backed up and could not give me a delivery date. Because I had not recvd delivery on the 15 or 16, I called on the 17 to find out the status of my order. I was told that I should come and pick them up myself. Less than a half hr later they called and told me that my order was canceled, because they had given me the best wood they had. A whole lumber yard and it took them 3 days to tell me they couldnt replace 21 pieces. Im not a contractor, just a home owner trying to support a local business. I guess its back to Lowes or home depot.
