The place was super clean, very nice facility! The owner was there and very friendly and helpful. The staff was friendly. The process is fun to watch and entertaining. Everyone there had a smile and it was just a great atmosphere! I wish we had one of these closer to home! Oh and I forgot to mention it was delicious!!

This was my family and I ‘s first time coming to Sweet Rolls in Monroe La. We got here close to closing time at around 8:35pm and staff was very friendly and didn’t look at us mean or nothing like other places (when it’s about closing time) cause it was almost time for them to close! That was a BIG PLUS, cause it makes us feel more comfortable and not have to rush to take a good look at the menu and be able to enjoy it here as well, since it was all new to us! Anyways I just wanted to let EVERYONE know IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF US! Party of 6! The ICE CREAM ROLLS were GREAT!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AS WELL! We will definitely be back VERY SOON! We all got something different from the menu and we all shared and tried each other’s and ALL WERE DELICIOUSLY AWESOME! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!!! Thank You ~VG

First I would like to say YOU NEED AN ADULT SUPERVISING THESE CHILDREN. I took my daughters in for some rolled ice cream and a wholesome atmosphere. There were quite a few young boys in there and they were flirting and staring at some girls so much that they got my order wrong. 12-15 kids and they still could not get it together to make 3 ice creams. Then the young boy handing out the ice cream asked me if I thought I deserved this ice cream. I almost came unglued. I told him probably not and asked him if he wanted it. He said yes and I said it will be $12.50. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I wished I would have taken a picture ......

Pretty neat experience watching your ice cream being prepared in front of you after you place your order. The ice cream was good and the customer service was great! A little pricey, but worth the money.

Nice addition to the Monroe area. I had the gentilly. Yummy. Love the almond cake. Moist, buttery deliciousness. The establishment is nice looking too. Will definitely go back soon.

Awesome new ice cream spot in Monroe! Tonight was our first time trying Sweet Rolls and our amazing experience has my family begging to come back as soon as possible. Luke greeted us at the door promptly with a menu and a smile, Carter was super friendly and patient as my family attempted to place our order, and KJ, Drew, Dacorian were efficient masters of the sweet roll. Seriously, every roll was a masterpiece and my kids loved watching the process. The entire staff treated us with courtesy and respect and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. We appreciate it more than I can say in a short review. Thank you Sweet Rolls and your staff! We will certainly he back VERY SOON!

Me and my wife came earlier this morning and we were very impressed with the great service. The two boys that were rolling, did so very fast and nicely. Destini was very polite as we placed our order. The shift leader ainsley was walking around with a smile making sure everyone enjoyed their ice cream. We weren’t quite sure what we should try so Chelsie helped us decide when we asked her what her favorite was. I had the brownie time and my wife had pralines and cream and neither of us were disappointed! Great business with even better staff. Will be back.
