I would recommend doing a lot of research before going here. I was unsatisfied. It was an abbreviated test and only one brand of hearing aids was offered.If they are offering monthly drawings for gift cards, stay away.

My father took his hearing aids in to be repaired before my mothers funeral. He was promised there would be no issues with him getting them back in time for the funeral. Unfortunately, that did not happen; sympathy and apologies were not expressed to us for this mistake. Dad had to attend the funeral without completely hearing all the lovely comments and memories shared about my mother. After this we went to another hearing aid company. Unfortunately their product was not reliable. Dad accepted that mistakes happen and wanted to give Max and his staff a second chance. Dad called and made an appointment to see Max and having a hearing test done. My husband took off work to take him. Once they got to the office - they were told NO appointment had been made, written down or recorded. Since the appointment wasnt recorded, Max had left this location to go to another one. In overall, my father had a hard time getting in to see Max; it appears this has not changed.

Great service. Helped resolve my problem quickly. Definitely will keep coming back.

I am comfortable and very happy coming to precious hearing. the staff is very frendly and do a great job doing the testing and keeping my hearing current!

Very helpful in solving the problems that i was having with my left hearing aide. much better now.
