I have not had a better experience from a retailer ever. The employees at Audibel, The Hearing Center are true professionals and do what it takes to see that your hearing and overall person are cared for in a compassionate way. This is the best place to get your hearing aides. They definitely take care of you. They will make room for a walk in if you hearing aides are not working properly or not al all. The people always make you feel special. I’m so thankful for them.

Nice place. They worked me in the same day after my old aids could not be repaired . The Doc stayed late(on his birthday) and made sure everything was perfect as could be. He even went out to my car to check the Bluetooth compatability. They also have Black Rifle coffee in the lobby. Facility is spotlessly clean.

Cherry, Larry, Jason, Rene, and Emily at Audibel The Hearing Center Monroe Louisiana all worked as a team to make his transition to his new devices easy and effortless. He is seriously hearing-impaired, but this staff and these devices have brought the world to him once again. We are absolutely delighted with this company, this staff, and this product! I wish I could rate this place even higher! The Hearing Center (Audibel) in Monroe, LA is so wonderful! I am on my second pair with top technology as of a couple weeks ago. And now my husband is on his first pair. Cherry Phillips is gifted in knowing exactly what to do to in finding the most appropriate hearing aid and adjusting it to meet our personal needs. She gives a thorough exam and explains every detail. She helps counsel us through the process as early-on adjustments are done periodically instead of loading up the hearing aids with the full settings and sending us on our way with no teaching us to gradually adjust to them. My husband is a veteran but he chose using The Hearing Center & pay the cost vs VA, because we realize Cherry really cares about her patients and has a special gift in providing continual personal care. Cherry and Larry and their staff are who we both highly recommend!

Much too long session for elderly person without hands on addressing product function. Equipment doesnt respond to given instructions. Client has physical issues with hands impacting ability to open battery chamber. Once applied, unit functions well.

Came here back in December. Disturbingly surprised at how worse my hearing had gotten. But pleasantly surprised at what Audibel had to offer.Wife and I both knew that could continue to gamble with my hearing. Well, it has been a blessing! I thought my wife was gonna cry as I shated about my hearing aids with my church family. (The TV volume went from 90 to 42...) I was put in contact with Monroe, La Audibel with Cherry Phillips my hearing specialist and it didn’t take me but a short while to figure out that I was with someone that was with some one more than qualified to take care of my hearing needs. I was greeted like family in the office from the moment I walked in. On a scale of 1-10 the service was an 15!!!

I never planned that at the age of 51 I would be told I had hearing loss to the extent I needed hearing aids but that is exactly what happened. I was not the perfect fit the first time or the many times that followed but neither Cherry or Morgan gave up. Each time I called to say I was not pleased with the domes, Renea or Emily got me right in. During each appointment, I was made to feel welcome and they were eager to make me happy with the fit.
