Awesome supplements better than the stuff you buy at these grocery stores I on their price but all worth it

These folks take pride in what they do! They are always helpful and informative.

My favorite place for a smoothie, they are all so yummy and the best part is they are healthy so no guilt! The other menu items are awesome as well with good portion size and the price can not be beat for a healthy fulfilling meal. I purchase supplements here as well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I like to ask questions and they answer the questions and point me in the right direction to achieve the results I’m looking for. I really appreciate a business like this in our community!!

Hands down by far the best supplement and nutrition store Ive ever been to in my entire life! He truly cares about his customers. I have been going here now for a couple years and I wont go anywhere else. I would recommend to everyone there is a spot in Monroe as well as Freeport

Im not typically one to complain, I usually brush things off but this needs to be addressed. I honestly have surprisingly never been treated with such disrespect just trying to order a healthy meal. I am always one to treat others with nothing but respect, consistently saying please and thankyou, and I was just hurt by the way I was treated back. Unfortunately, when I addressed the situation to my friends they were treated the same way by the same people as well. Hopefully this discontinues. I probably wont come here again just for that reason. The food is great though.

Had my first visit here a month or so ago. Chris, answered all of my 101 questions and proved himself very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel he upselled me on any products, he was very honest and straight forward, which I appreciated very much. I tried a smoothie and it was delicious! Monroe is lucky to have such a place. Locally owned health food store just built a new building & added ready made quality food with emphasis on good nutrition.There is also a drive up window. ..a lot of smoothies are sold through that window. The prices for vitamins rival most online stores.
