Great place to buy decent quality tools at relatively low prices. Anything from hand tools to power tools. I always go to Harbor Freight

Staff well knowledgeable of store items. Even helped me select a pressure wash to fit my needs. They have goggles for over my glasses, was surprised how inexpensive they were. Prevents me from wearing a face shield at my work. A go to place for tools and supplies.

Lots of tools, storage chests, and things you cannot find at the big retail hardware stores. I was able to get a good chainsaw at a reasonable price.

I would have made a bigger purchase if I could have gotten some assistance. But, it was Christmas Eve and nobody wanted to be working, I understood... I just went to another store! I love harbor freight Aaron Monroe its great place to get our supplies and things we need for the house and yard and you know tools things like that well other things too you know I got the hand sanitizers God everything I mean really I cant explain it but anyway I like going in there especially Christmas time when I got all them good deals and through the year heck you get chances to get things cheaper there than you cant anywhere even at Lowes but I did go in there one day and experience lady really rude I asked her to help me and shes checking people out and lime is really long shes the only one and I asked her you know somebody come help me Im the only one here I said well when you get done can you come over and help me and she said well can I help you from here Id rather not just walk over there and come right back Ive got customers and it went from there to me leaving but Ive been in there multiple times and Ive not seeing her since anyway its a good place to shop for about anything but basically tools equipment accessories for your lawn mower or by lawn mower or anything anyway its a good place I like it and yes I like to talk so hope you all are safe and enjoy my comment.

So far they have been great they helped me getting a ramp and everything was smooth and easy the way it should be with good ol southern hospitality and in the morning I have a ride planned on my motorcycle so I can unbox and test the ramp then👍🏍🤞

Harbor Freight tools has a great selection of tools and specialty items that any do it yourself guy would like. The quality of the tools is average but the prices are low.

This is an excellent place to find auto, wood and garden tools at largely reduced prices. The tools are comparable to the tools at Home Depot and Lowes although made by different manufacturers. The tool quality is good for anyone looking to save money on tools they will NOT be using everyday.

Harbor Freight carries a very large selection of tools, machinery, and accessories. The prices are fantastic. The warranties are not great but are in line with the prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for high end this is not the place. But for DIYers and weekend warriors, it is a slice of heaven

I come by here to buy odd and end tools when I cant afford the name brand tools. Every thing I have returned which has not been many things they have accepted and gave me a refund or exchange the product with no problem. I enjoy the older gentleman in there not sure of his name but he always helps me out and always smiling

Staff at the Monroe NC store was very helpful and roaming the store constantly to help customers find items. The store was well stocked. Could not have been a better shopping experience. Now lets see how the tools I bought work.

Ive had decent service at the Monroe, NC store up until today.I waited 10 or 12 minutes to get sales help on an item that must be pulled from stock. The salesman said he thought he had one and contacted someone in the back to bring me the item up front. 15 minutes later I asked the clerk at the register if they might have forgotten me. She contacted the stock room and then told me they did not have one.Ill call ahead next time but I will not use the Monroe store any longer due to them not letting me know in a timely manner that the item I asked for was not there.

Living in Mooresville right now, I forgot how much I loved Harbor Freight and just how I missed walking around there store aimlessly. Its two days after Black Friday and they still are having sales and their pricing is ridiculously cheap right now! Im currently out this way looking at houses and Im looking forward to having Harbor Freight back in my life once I move here again!!

Its ok. Service was helpful. Weve been there over the course of years to buy many tools. This time we came to buy a trailer. The item we wanted had many paper item slips in its tag holder, but yet no actual trailers in stock. Neither did another location. No veterans discounts. No senior discounts.

Love going here to get my tools and things I need

Use too love this chain store. However recently Ive noticed that everytime they have a sale on something you go too store and learn they are out of it. Will not sell you the floor model of anything so others can come in and be told sorry you can look but cant buy. Guess sales are not that important. Will pay the extra dollars and spend my time and money at other similar stores that will have sale items in stock.

Stopped in this afternoon for a few things. I got a good deal on AA batteries and a good buy on an American flag. The check out cashier was prompt, friendly and courteous.

This is the place for so many things. Tools, craft supplies, even a grabber reach tool. So many things in here you could spend some serious time checking out the products. The staff are friendly and knowlegable.

Always well stocked and friendly staff. I bought an air tool at the one in Matthews a couple of months ago. Tried to use it for the first time today and it was defective. I tried to exchange it at this location for the exact same tool. I didnt have my receipt so that was my fault but the manager refused to exchange it. He stated that people buy their tools at the flea market all the time and try to return them. Not sure what that has to do with me as I was trying to do an exchange. I wasnt looking for my money back. Just trying to exchange the defective tool your company sold to me. It was still in the original box and very obviously had never been used. I understand a no receipt, no return policy but I felt this was a little stringent. They also couldnt look up any of my transactions done at other stores (I am in their system). I love this place but this was a little annoying. Stuck with a tool I never used and it doesnt work.

Slowest service in any Harbor Freight. If they focused on checking people out rather than getting peoples phone numbers and trying to sell them membership we could all get on with our day.

The staff here is very nice but I find it hard to navigate this store to find what I want...probably because I know nothing about what Im buying...the prices are good and they always have that neverending 20%off an item coupon. Usually go here for Male gifts...they have a lot of tools...

It is still harbor freight, it is cheap for a reason. That said its great for one time use tools. This store among others is far better. Im closer to the Matthews store but would rather drive the distance just to go to this location.

I purchased a Chicago Electric compound miter saw in June of this year I also purchased the 2 year protection plan. I returned it today with the safety guard not working properly after 6 months. I ask about the 2 year part of the plan and was told that they would not honor the 2nd year after returning it with in the first year. So I feel that if you purchase the 2 year plan you are making a mistake (like I just did). You should just purchase the 1 year plan and make sure that it breaks before the year is up this is what the customer service rep told me on the phone when I called.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.2 Pallet Jacks item 61946We purchased two pallet jacks new for our warehouse where they are rarely used for light duty work. Within 6 months they both blew out spewing grease and hydraulic fluid.When called to ask about where to contact the manufacturer (Harbor Freight is just the brand slapped on them) we were told that information is unavailable. There is no repair information. Harbor Freight offers no repair kits. We could not find out what size the O rings are. Then the low-budget customer service rep hung up on us.We should not have to reward failure by BUYING a warranty for tools; the company should build quality and/or back their products.CHEAP. NO SUPPORT. NO PARTS. GO ELSEWHERE.

Where else can a guy go and drop $20 and come out with an armload of cool stuff! China quality, dont depend on the tools to make you a living. They will probably make it through a onetime project use. Dont but anything with a motor or a battery, it will burn up. Tarps and moving blankets are a great value here.

It is Harbor Freight, going into the store you have to understand that the quality and price go hand in hand. Have had some wonderful cheap products that I needed for a few things but didnt want to spend the money for big name products. That is when Harbor Freight comes into play.
