USS truck came down our driveway and the truck hit a power line that runs to our storage building. The cable snapped and damaged my Camaro. (my NEW Camaro) The USS denied my claim. If you use this company, you will NEED a surveillance camera to prove your case after damage is done, and the truck driver says He didnt know... Just an FYI.My response:Dear USS,I have received your letter regarding my claim against USS. I am appalled by the Examiners conclusion.I hope that you never have to be in my position. It pains me to know that companies that are in customer service have no empathy or respect for others that cross their paths, totally because of an accident. Proof of how humans are in such denial and dishonesty to be responsible and professional. It is not my intention to insult you personally.However, I can with an honest heart, tell you that your driver did this without a doubt in my mind. I hope you have done your homework regarding the drivers previous experience and records.I was here and I know that USS truck did this damage. If I were you, I would dismiss the driver that did this, because its most likely that it will happen again to someone else.Hopefully, the next victim of damage, done by one of your trucks, will be lucky enough to have a surveillance camera. Then, a denial of their claim will be impossible for the Examiner. What goes around, comes around Amen.I realize that USS is not BBB Accredited, and that comes as no surprise to me. They are not professional at all, they agreed to take me the standard restroom on Friday and they never took it strangely the CCS I dont know why they sold it I was seven years with that company but this is a disaster
I woulnt do business with them. They are very unprofessional. I went to their website and the only option was to request a quote through the website. No phone number, contact info, just the quote request system. So I submitted a quote request. 24 hours later I still hadnt heard back from them. So I went back to the website and found a phone number that was listed for emergency service. I called, the woman I spoke to couldnt find any quote for me. I needed to get a portable bathroom for a job site so I went ahead and set up delivery. About 4 hours later they called to tell me that I would have to pay the first month upfront and give them payment info that they could set up for recurring payments. I asked why and was told that we have an outstanding balance from 2005. ??? I asked for details on the charge as we have never used them before. All she could tell me was the amount owed, the year it was from and our contact info (name, address, tel#, contact person). Well I gave them all that info when I set up the delivery today. Im not going to agree to pay charges that they cant give me any details for. No service description, job name, address or anything that would tell me what we used them for. No thank you. Ill take my business elsewhere.
One of their trucks just dumped about 100 rocks going over a bump on 485. Sprayed my windshield and cracked the it.
