Nicklaus is knowledgeable and super helpful. I dropped my phone off to have him upload from old phone and came back to switch numbers (needed transfer pin) and Verizon was so slow w customer service that I am back w att. They work hard at this store even when lines are long -I feel for them bc it’s stressful- they acknowledge the customers and try to help and are very kind. I had a different experience at the Monroe Verizon store. They were rude and unapologetic. Super happy w Nicklaus and crew!

I am thoroughly pleased with the service Ive had at AT&T in Monroe! Nikolaus was extremely helpful, professional and very helpful. I have worked with him a couple of times in the last 2 years and every time, hes been great! They are truly blessed to have him on their team!

Visiting from out of state, stopped by the ATT store in Monroe, WA after an unsuccessful attempt to resolve an issue with customer service by phone. Turned out to be a rather complex and lengthy problem to solve (2 hours worth of effort!), but Tyler and Nicklaus couldnt have been more professional, patient, kind, and helpful. Customer service that went *way* above and beyond! Thanks so much guys, you are greatly appreciated!

Watch out AT&T are crooks! They were offering $250 gift cards to transfer line to them and use your own phone. We were doing to process online, but had questions. So we called the main AT&T number. They said they could help and that it would be better to do it online. They said it would take a couple of months to get the gift cards. Now 4 moths later they said we were not dealing with a certified AT&T rep and so we do not qualify for the gift cards. Really we called number right off their website!

While AT&T has the best coverage using this store over years has been the worst shopping experience of my life.If there is one person in front of you there is a good chance you will have to wait 20 min to an hour.This particular time my wait was like a half hour. I got up there and some how only my wifes name comes up on the accout and there was nothing they could do for me. After spending 2 to 4 minutes trying to fix it online I was asked to step aside so they could let the next person go.Even though I have been using AT&T for more than 15 years while never missing with payment. I have been turned away for getting my new phone or whatever several times in fact it was such an issue that we spent the money to cancel our old accout years ago so I could make changes on our account. Providing several typs of ID over the years. I walked away with nothing.I recommend you driving to another location. Whatever time you spend driving you will save on the hour wait or go online if you can.

Best AT&T store Ive ever visited and the one weve gone to consistently for almost 5 years. Knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. Will let you know of any promotions they have to help you save money and willing to answer all your questions or at least help find the answer!

My experience was great... Heres how I can sum it all up.So Ive been with Sprint for over 20 years. Finally, decided it was time for me to move on. In Monroe, WA, i came into the AT&T store with the intent to join my GFs phone plan.We met with two members of the carrier; Maria was the one who ended up helping as the other associate was doing inventory. He did however gather information which gave them an idea of what was needed. After about 10-15, Maria provided aid. She helped me switch carriers, got my phone data transferred, corrected the mistake made previously by a rep to my girlfriends plan, then transferred data and set up my GFs daughters phone. She even put the screen protectors on both phones. She multi-tasked like crazy and was still able to hold conversation with us. Great people skills as well which is not common in the tech world. She was informative, very knowledgeable, patient, and was willing to help with all our needs. Her pride in her work was nothing short of excellent.It was a great experience! I definitely enjoyed my visit and even more after walking out with my new phone. Thank you again Maria for providing the best service Ive seen.

I went into the store with a new hotspot that I had just purchased elsewhere and just wanted to get a plan for it. I was told that I could get unlimited data by signing up and then canceling a direct tv service which is no big deal. I was in the store for around 40 minutes and had to give my SSN to the reprehensive over 6 times and at the end was informed that there is something wrong with the system and we couldnt complete the sign up.Realistically the representative at the store did a good job. He seemed to know what he was doing. I feel more of my frustration is with ATT in general. Why should I need a credit check to buy a SIM card? I was not interested in buying anything else but the way their systems are set up makes it impossible to make a purchase without giving all my personal information.I have literally bought vehicles with 0% down in less time than I was in the store.To sum it up,The representatives did their job excellent. It is ATT as a whole that screwed this pooch.

At first glance/shopping trip here this AT&T store was fantastic. Until we had several instances of our devices not being set up correctly within the AT&T system and we ended up being overcharged by almost $50 a line and because of the way they made the additions we are stuck for 90 days.

The young man that always helps us with everything is awesome highly reccomend the Monroe store. Ask for the young guy with short dark hair. His name escapes me at the moment. But you wont be disappointed .

A. MAZE. ZING. I traded in my iPhone 7 and got a wonderful deal on an iPhone 11 Pro. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend! ♾/5 stars. Nick and the girl were very nice. I forgot her name. Darn.

We had a fantastic experience at this store. We had signed up for phones and service at a fair and the employees there had messed it up so bad that when we had come to our local at&t store they spent HOURS committed to helping us solve the issue. Niklaus, and Alex were so diligent and polite. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with their phone, or service.

My visit to ATT Monroe Washington today was Excellent. Nicklaus took care of some issues that I was unable to resolve myself. He asked questions, reviewed my account while I was there, was very patient, and most importantly made me feel like a valued customer. ATT has been in my life since I was a teenager, and I am now semi-retired. Thank You Nicklaus.

Excellent people and very knowledgeable in their jobs. BuT sold me a case which cost 26 dollars. My husband was not happy that I purchased it and I said its no big deal. And it wasnt until I found it on Amazon for 7 DOLLARS. Im going to return it to att$26 dollars you should be ashamed of yourself SCAMMERS

Nic helped us with a very unique transfer of accounts. It was complicated and took over 4 hours and he stayed 2 hours past closing. He worked very hard in getting us the best package with new phones. Nic is knowledgeable, patient, and has superior customer service. I have been taking my business here for the past few years after a terrible experience at AT&T in Woodinville. I highly recommend Nic and his staff. He will sell you exactly what you need, not try to upsale you and put together the best package that meets your needs. He loves doing this.

The absolutely rudest service Ive ever received.After talking to ATT representative on the phone and being advised to visit my local ATT store I and my husband went to store in Monroe, WA to ask question about unlocking my Iphone so that I can give it to my friend. Once we walked in, nobody greeted us and the personnel seemed annoyed by us asking questions. The associate named Austin told me I have to go online and unlock it myself, I explained that I already called ATT and there is nothing they could do and that I was asked to come here. This is not my problem, you can go across the street, the door is right there, I cannot help you, go online or call again- words I heard back. I immediately asked him to call his manager, who actually was in the store listening to all of that and said absolutely nothing. I asked him to call his supervisor then- in response I was rudely asked to leave the store.... I was shocked to the point that I could not say anything.I turned around and started walking towards the exit and Austin yelled Do not come here again, you are not welcome...They are not a corporate store and probably do not care about representation of AT&T and their customers.

Started a new service, returned everything and discontinued within allowed time frame. Paid restocking fees and they still charged me and sent me to collections. I returned everything to the STORE, not mail.
