We are not electricians, we are trying to find a special part for a 4-chime doorbell that weve had for 20 years and brought with us from New York to North Carolina. When we arrived, Shannon was behind the counter, he was friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to find a part and even recommended two electricians who could help us install the 4-chime doorbell. Very happy with the service at Anixter.
