Diamond fell out of my ring after only having it a week. The manager called me while on vacation to make sure I was taken care of. She was extremely nice and made sure to have my ring replaced.
My husband has bought all of our jewelry here for years.He bought me a necklace for an anniversary.It broke so much we finally just bought a new one.A couple of years later now the loop on the pendant that attaches it to the necklace broke off and the pendant is gone.They said they don’t cover a lost item.The item is only lost because of the horrible quality causing it to break.100% will take our business else where.
It takes a while to get service, but the store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.
Im very disappointed that I ordered an engraved ring twice and both times it wasnt engraved. I had to call customer service and spend 45 minutes on the phone for them to tell me to take it to the store and have them ship it to be engraved for no cost. When I returned the ring the 1st time to the store they didnt offer that option to me. Never again

This Zales location provides the worst customer service. The veteran workers are the least helpful. When the veterans make a mistake they refuse to own up to it. If you want better service I recommend going to the Zales in Shreveport. The vibe is much better, the associates are helpful, & they provide exceptional customer service.

I have had several really bad experiences with the Monroe Zales. I bought a piece of jewelry there that needed to be repaired. They quoted me 2 weeks to repair it, but it took 6. I called every few days to check on it after the second week, which they weren’t happy about. The manager even got on the phone at one point and told me to stop calling them! And this last time made me regret ever going there in the first place. I got engaged and needed the ring resized. They didn’t even ask me to resize it. Just returned it and took a month of calling and calling and calling to get our refund. The staff wouldn’t even return our calls then and would not accommodate us whatsoever. Very frustrating for what should have been a joyous event in our lives! I’m not a pushy or a mean person and I’m usually easy to work with. The employees were very rude though, and I’m not going back.
I just purchased an engagement ring n a band at monroe LA in Sept. We dropped the rings off in Bossier to be sized. About 3 wk later zales informed us that your ring is back but no band. They couldnt locate it n after a few days it was found n sent to monroe. We had to pick it up there n customer care said the manager should take very good care of if since it only been a month. The manager/DM could not help fix the inconvenience so we had no other choice but to return it n purchase a ring else where.

Been trying to catch the store manager in the store since the first of June. We have called and left messages asking for calls back because shes not there and will be there in 20 minutes. Very poor customer service!

The staff didnt greet us when we entered the store. After several minutes of standing, when the staff approached they were very rude.
My girlfriend and I have dealt with them twice well never go back staff is not helpful at all
