A depressing experience. The service and quality was terrible. This was supposed to be the gotta have size order of ice cream.

I made a scheduled order online and drove 30 minutes to this location. Upon arrival, they did not have my cake and said they do not have any ice cream cake available. Disappointed as I placed an order, got an order confirmation and everything, but it was not there for me when I arrived.

Wont be going back to this location. Went in there with a family of seven and the guy told us they were closed but as soon as we went to leave he took an order from the drive thru. Dont advertise youre open if youre just going to lie about being opened.

I asked for a cake n shake. What I got was cake flavored milk with a boat load of sprinkles. I honestly will not go back to waste money for sprinkles shake.

Only had sweet cream ice cream available!!!! This is the second time Ive been there and they havent had icecream?!?!?!? Weird for an ice cream place to not have ice cream in the middle of summer. Ended up having to go to garbage Baskin Robins 🤣

This place is a complete joke. Waited for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes as four workers kept walking back an forth, not one would take my order. On top of that the stone was out of order so me and my family decided to walk out. I will never again go into this establishment. Not even truely wanting to visit any other one. Such a disappointment since this was my first time to go there.

Horrible experience. We LOVE cold stone, and were sadly disappointed. First they were out of almost all toppings. We made choices based on what topping were available. The ice cream and toppings were not mixed, my ice cream had frost in it to the point I was spitting out pieces of ice. Small pieces but still not good. No manager, or at least not one available. Just horrible experience. We wont be going back.

This is the second time I’ve come here and the workers clearly do not know how to make their signature ice cream recipes. Both times, I’ve ordered the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some. The first, they put brownies in it. This time, there was NO cookie. I don’t know what is wrong with this establishment, but it clearly is not run well.

I Loooove me some Cold Stone!! I use to go every time I was celebrating anything lol... But now I cant go at all. 🙁 Ive made the switch to a Vegan lifestyle and they dont have any Vegan options at all, Im very disappointed about it. Now my boyfriend and I just make our own Ice Cream at home. However if youre not Vegan, then this is the ONLY place to get your Ice Cream! 👎👍

Really the best ice cream anywhere. Great sundaes and many options. If you cant tolerate fat, its really creamy. But it is heavenly.

Wont give a lower star since its not their fault but they dont carry no sugar ice cream.

No Cold Stone, just Tim Hortons... They wont update this so they can trick people into buying something since they are already there... *UPDATE* Cold Stone is going out of business...

I went to cold stone creamery last night and the service was horrible, the young girl that served me had an attitude and was very rude. The whole time we were standing there watching her get me and my boyfriends ice cream together her and the other employee were on the headsets talking to each other. It was my first time ever coming to this establishment,before I came I was very excited and once I have catme,I was very disappointed. I dont think that I will be coming back.

This place is the slowest place I’ve been at. 4 people working still taking forever .
