I received both Moderna Covid19 vaccinations from the Walmart Pharmacy on Louisville Ave in Monroe LA. They have no record of my first vaccine which I received on March 5, 2021 only the second dose on April 15, 2021. No amount of being switched back and forth on the telephone or waiting for a Pharmacy Assistant to address this issue has this mystery been solved. This is quite alarming since they are supposed to report these vaccinations to the Dept of Health. I attempted to link my vaccinations to the LA Wallet app and after searching records it cannot verify I had the vaccines at all. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for days with no luck whatsoever.UPDATE: I was able to get my vaccination information from the Dept of Health and added to my LA Wallet app which is a legal drivers license and ID and now has proof of vaccine legally recognized anywhere. This app is free for all Louisianians at the moment. I still have not received an explanation from Walmart.

Almost got kidnapped
They apparently dont my know how to answer a phone. Spent over an hour calling each department when all I needed was the tire center and NO ANSWER!!! Piss poor service, nobody can speak up I have to ask them to repeat themselves or talk louder every time I go there for any reason. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Usually Im able to get in and out rather quickly. Never had any problems.
