Extremely small pilot is not affiliated its an actual Pilot Travel but it is very very uncomfortable when you want to put some gas on the truck it is small and you have to be very careful theres not many things there its like a really small convenience store thats about it it has to food stamp with the hot dogs and thats it you can get some refreshments but not much stuff for your car or for a truck they have small parking the parking is a little more constable then others but it is small if youre looking for a long stop this is not it it does not have showers it only has two but you could definitely get points here but I do not recommend this place just because of that there is nothing in there for a long stop her quick stop sure but even the gas station is extremely uncomfortable.

Never have mid grade or premium for years! Your lucky if you pick a pump that works and if it does its 30/60 you will get a receipt!Oh yeah the last two times I put my good sam rewards card in for 5 cents off, it takes the card but no discount!This place sucks......

Super nice and sincere people. Gentleman on tge morning Shift was very nice and geniunely helpful and so was the Gentleman named Jammel in the evening shift. Ladies working here are very nice and greet you warmly. Clean place friendly people. 10/10. ❤🙏 See you next time. :)

I wish the truckstops with smaller parking areas would try alittle harder to accomadate OTR truck drivers . Seems most of the truck parking is filled with locals that park thier big trucks there the whole time thier home and thier personal vehicles in the spots when they are on the road.Truckstops should remeber that locals do most of thier shopping in town and eat at home and its the OTR trucks that need the food, showers and fuel . Your losing alot of money just by your parking policy.Big trucks usually only get fuel where we can eat and shower and sleep.

Very nice people working here! I had reserved a spot earlier, and wasn’t seeing any open, so I went inside and told the cashiers about it. Katie printed out the reserve list and determined who wasn’t supposed to be parked there. It was my fault cause I didn’t see the last spot🤦‍♂️ In any event, Katie, Jon, and a third guy (didn’t get his name) were all willing to help!

Nice small truck stop. Has about 60 parking spaces. A large lot easy to turn around and maneuver.

You have to prepay inside for diesel from pump #10! There is no screen display and no sign to instruct customers on use of the pump. I went inside to ask, and was curtly helped by an attendant in a manner that led me to believe they thought I should know the deal.

The nicest people work here . After5 yrs of parking here when I’m in town it’s always refreshing to see them.

Got kicked out of a spot that the male cashier @7pm on 11/22/20 said wasnt reserve parking. Need to educate your employees on where the parking spots are. Also repaint you reserve spots, you make all that money off them at least reinvest it in paint.

I love their fresh pasties! Only draw is that their computers seem behind the times. Whenever I prepay for gas I have to tell them what grade. Its petty of me, but its a little old school.

Going down hill fast!Most of the fuel pumps taped off and no one seems to know why, it’s been like this for months.This is my “home gas station”Today I dropped by to top off my gas tank and, there are signs on the door, claiming a problem with the water. The water issue was less than 24 hours and was last week.Very few usable gas pumps, no water, why are you still open??

The worst gas station in The world.only regular gas-credit cards does not work outside.inside sham on the manager to have such people work there,today i was there waiting to pay for gas, the clerk pointed at me and said yo yo to come to come. i paid for the gas and told him do not call me yo iam a customer not one of your street buddy,and he told me get the f..k of here, very nice pilot flying j to have such street raised people work at your front cashier,i got his name and i called the pilot cs and reported him,

Nice little place if you can get parking. If your a big truck driver only a couple spots usually that don’t belong to the locals that park here. If you are lucky you’ll find a parking spot. Pilot need to do better job of managing their parking for professional drivers

Are the Pilot/Flying J, and the TA/Petro franchises aware of what Loves is up to? Every time I turn around, and in just about every part of the nation, they are building a BRAND NEW FACILITY somewhere. Now, well this location in Monroe, NC serves as a quick fuel-and-go, with a little bit of parking, its nothing more than a broom closet. I love the Pilots and Js, so I hope corporate tries to keep up with Loves.

On past occasions, I have complained about truck stops that have fast food establishments that close at night.At least those places HAVE fast food establishments!Not only is this Pilot lacking any fast food...not only is it lacking in fast food NEARBY...but it doesnt even have donuts! (They had a donut case, but no donuts.)I sincerely hope this store is due for some upgrades.

Above and Beyond.Ive only been driving for 14 years. But have used Pilot/Flying Js. Been all over the Country. I now live in Wilmington, NC. So I drive past, and use, this Pilot weekly.I have to say that for such a small location size, the staff is absolutely amazing. With what they have they do everything. Most of all the bathrooms are always clean. I cant comprehend how they do that cause its non stop busy. Even at peak hours Id brave the bathroom only to find theyre sparkling.The pumps have problems, but thats from a Corporate call. Theres nothing the staff can do about that.The staff are always extremely (but sincerely-not fake) friendly, caring, tell about specials, and will brighten your day (or night).So great job and thank you! Hopefully Coprorate sees this and gives you the recognition you deserve.

Very small, no restaurant, most spots are reserved, atm has been down for more than week staff says. No hot food either. Just another terrible pilot.

I originally really liked this station. Cheap gas, good location, good selection inside. BUT-- first you didnt get a receipt outside, then they only offered 87 or diesel, now youre lucky if any of the card readers outside work. Unless youre a trucker, this stop isnt worth your time (until they do a major overhaul, if they do).

Have to put a star, but it deserves no stars for this Pilot! The fuel island has to be entered by the front. Doesnt use the app. Generally, too small a lot for safe use by 70 trucks. Adequate parking with room to maneuver.

It is a good Pilot. It is better than a Loves. Like any other Pilot it is the equivalent of a fast food franchise. You know what to expect when you get there and it all boils down to the quality of the individuals working that day as to how clean and organized things will be at any given time.

Hey to all the truckers make sure you lock your trucks when you stop to get fuel and didnt happen at this pilot but it was a pilot while I was in paying for fuel someone went in my truck and stole my tablet which they cant use it had to be a truck driver because it was early morning thats really sad and petty

Nice cashiers here, friendly. There are about 50 truck parking spaces. There is no driver lounge or laundry room. The shower I used was clean but had no soap. Not much to do here.........

Clean well taken care of store with friendly employees. It is very small for a pilot station or travel center, the parking lot and pump areas are a little tight for the semi trucks to get in and out. They have good coffee and the gas and diesel prices are usually Fair for the area they are placed, not the most expensive but not the cheapest.

This is the cleanest pilot I have been to yet, showers are clean water is hot and customer service is excellent the gentlemen who work at night are very friendly.

Difficult to find parking most of the time. It’s tight around the diesel pumps. For some reason they have separate machines for diesel and def, so you have to run your card twice, but still can’t pump both at the same time. If you aren’t turning right on to 74 you have to make a left out of their lot and someone planted a bunch of trees in such a way that you cannot easily see traffic coming from the right at the exit that takes you to the traffic light. I avoid when ever possible for those reasons. That said, the staff is friendly and the store is clean.

I thought I had found the good gas station. Fuel used to be good here. Now, I loose 2-2.35mpg in the pick up truck, fueling premium gasoline vs previous time. Used to drive out of my way to get fuel here. No more. Go elsewhere.

Limited regular parking. 5 reserved spots make it even more so. Prepackaged food only. Bathroom and shower area small. Staff is very friendly. Doing the best with what they have. Out of hours or I would have gone elsewhere.

They have recently renovated this location and it is very nice. There are plenty of gas pumps and lots of food and snack options. The Bathrooms were very clean. This location is much improved from before the renovations!!! This is what you hope for when you stop at a gas station.

Cashiers with attitude ...I prefer to not GO inside the store. This woman about bite my head off. the machine needs to be FILLED with paper for my receipt to print...its not my job to fill it.

Stops are always good, but need to revamp the points system so more than 1 point can be achieved as you buy fuel.

Tight, if your getting fuel for your rig, be prepared to be irritated. No room. Truck fuel lanes setup where you cant pull up after fueling so, you have to wait in line for trucks in lanes to leave so you can get In.

While this was a WilcoHess, Id gotten familiar with the regulars and staff... now they have a self-service kiosk for fuel tickets. Its a bit quicker, but i feel like a stranger in here now. The newer staff arent as friendly or sarcastically playful either. Still a good stop.

I am happy to report that this Pilot Travel Center was the exception to the rule. Although parking was rather Limited, it is not a large facility, the whole facility was spotlessly clean from the parking lot to the exterior of the building, and especially the mens room.

So I got sent to monroe, NC.got there 11 -19 and Monroe looked dry .then I found this Pilot and I expected personnel at the store to be tired and grumpy but they were very nice, very helpful,bless their heart. Store was spotless and so were the showers. Parking lot was small, access to fuel pumps was a little bit tricky, but fuel prices were good.(I waited until 4 a.m. the following morning to get fuel and shower,a lot easier that way)

I am a truck driver. First of all. They advertise that they have mobile fueling. Thats a lie. Then the fuel Isles didnt have any paper towels. To make it even worse. I had to stand in a huge puddle of water to fuel. The only reason I did so is because my boots were water proof. I will not ever fuel there again. Bad pilot!

Dont ever put regular gas here! There is always water in the gas I have personally seen cars damaged from this gasoline. Pumps are roped off as I write this. Diesel seems fine but I wouldnt chance it. Employees are super nice though. Also stay away from the hot dogs. Thats what an employee told me....

Love this place been taking breaks here on and off for over two months .Get here early for a parking. Everyone inside is nice and beautiful women greet you with a smile! Bathrooms and showers are clean too.

Morning folks, had a great time at this Pilot travel center. Folks here on all shifts were very nice to everyone that came through these doors. This pilot is thee cleanest one I have ever been in. Management I am glad too let you know, these restrooms are thee cleanest I have ever been in. Thank you Rubeus Hagrid.

Pretty small truck stop, but somewhat clean. Cant get shower through machine because they use keys. Shower was pretty big, but I was pretty frustrated with lack of shelves/hooks. There is literally one chair that you have to put all your belongings. No countertop, no extra chair, 1 set of hooks, no holders inside the shower itself. You just have to pile up everything on that 1 chair or put everything on the floor

Supper friendly staff. Couldnt go anywhere in truck. (HOS).Needed a cooler and ice for some leftover meat, from another truck driver, so when manager got off work she ran me over to Wal-Mart and back. Tried to pay her for her time and courtesy. She had no part of that, said pay it forward.Thank you so much Crystal.

Was kicked out for parking in a paid spot that wasnt marked. The dont police the illegally parked trucks that block people in. Manager threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt get out of his parking spot. Will never come back here.

I stopped for fuel and a 30 minute break, the employees were friendly and seemed to be in a good mood.it was a good stop.

Hard to get into. Hard to get onto the fuel Island. No mobile fueling or showers on the app. Small to average sized parking lot for a pilot. When I say its hard to get to the fuel Island, I mean its extremely difficult. Its worse than the pilot at Troutville Virginia.

I love pilot stations! So I was excited to stop on my way through because we do not have one close to my home. This location is about 35 mins from me. I was disappointed. I tried to use the air pump (my tires were a bit low) but its out of order. Then I went in to get my favorite coffee and It was empty. I chose a different type which is ok, just not what I was hoping for. I had to move pumps because the card reader didnt work at the one I went to. The staff was friendly enough they said hi and have a good day. But the overall feel of the location was not what Im used to from this awesome place. This a truck stop location which isnt what Im used to stopping at so maybe that was the difference.

Nice clean place place inside is too small no food to eat

The local truckers use this as storage for their trucks. One guy had at least 3 that I watched him shuffle around: one was a box truck! Uncool Pilot. Shame on you. Sit out here at 10 am and watch all the minivans with truck drivers, wives and kids in tow; groceries and laundry to load on to the truck. I guess we should stop paying for storage and just clog up our local truck stops.

Not enough parking,I didnt want to stay long enough to spend my money. I was afraid of leaving my truck un attended.because it might have been hit by someone trying to make up a parking spot. I cant believe they would charge anyone to park at this place.they should be held liable for damages that happen to you truck if you pay to park there.

Great staff. The fuel parking and fuel island isa bit cramped. I would hate to try to get in there as a new driver.

I work for a electric company and we need to save receipts. Every time Im there I have to go inside to get the receipt. While employees play on their phone instead of putting new rolls in at the pump.And its always. 05 $ more per gallon.

Decent for quick stops and fuel. Fairly clean. Not the most parking or fanciest but they get the job done.

Parking for trucks is laid out well. Girls inside are friendly. Small bathrooms and nearly impossible to get fuel because of the layout. You will sit on the highway waiting to enter to fuel up. Not much food wise, couple of biscuits is all you will get. If you just need a place to shut down it works well

Fuel still contains water in gas tanks. We towed 5 cars this week from this Pilot location due to water in gas tanks. When confronted the staff they said we haven’t received any reports and to contact corporate. You received several reports this week already and you’re still serving customers fuel with water in it. I am advising all customers that get towed out of this Pilot to file a claim.

Its a smaller older pilot, however it is clean, and well stocked they may want to make sure that the coffee is a little fresher, but overall not too bad

Its a teeny tight parking lot but its a nice clean store and friendly people.

I will have to pay fee to pull money out! Fueled $461 came inside to get cash advance and Manager said they are low on money here and they can’t give cash advances out until Tuesday when more money comes in! Had a light out and they don’t carry head lights At this truck stop. I suggested they put a sign out that says no cash advances right now. She told me they took the signs down because they don’t like hand written signs! Only lady working there after I walked up to the register went over inconsiderate to here customers and was hanging out with this big dude with a due rag on red shirt you can see on cameras! I politely said oh exuse me and she looked like she should be on a date with him instead of working! I’ll pay you pilot $100 if you prove me wrong and review taps feb 5 8:30pm to 9:10pm when I left! They are having fun in the car which is awesome for them but a great opportunity to train to be attentive until your shift is over because it makes people feel like you are not wanting to help them and don’t care.

This is the old Wilco, and is a decent stop in a good place. 5 stars if they had warm food available 24 hours.

Probably one of the few pilots I know that doesnt have a restaurant inside. Just regular gas station food.

Fuel stop with few trucker amenities. No scale. 2 showers. Difficult fuel Lane access.

This is only a review on the diesel pumps)HORRIBLE!!!With the minimal amount of space provided to pull in off the road and the giant hole in the front of the pumps, access to the pumps is severely limited.Even if no one else is fueling, I cant imagine a situation where it wouldnt like trying to shove a whole whale into a mailbox.Cut the diesel pumps out. Focus on cars. Your planners obviously didnt understand the dynamics and dimensions of a big truck.

Bathroom was clean enough to eat off the floor. Everything in the store was neat and clean as well.

After our delivery in Pageland SC and them killing our 7 hours down to one I found this Pilot. We got there @ 9:30pm. I called to see if there was room and the guy said come on well make room come on. The staff VERY nice. The Pilot is small but very clean and does have showers. Ill be rememberemembering this Pilot
