I called to ask some questions about my laptop, and get an estimate Justin was extremely helpful and encouraging. I am starting in a career of IT and decided to brave opening my laptop up myself to replaced the power jack. Justin explained how to look up the part and things to be careful of. In the future if I have any needs, or if this power jack doesnt fix my problem I will be going to see Justin at Piedmont Computer Services for my IT needs. Thank you so much for your help!

I went into this small shop to see if I could repair my grandmothers old computer. The man that helped me was able to explain the outdated programs on my grandmothers computer, when they stopped using these programs, what new programs that specific computer can handle, etc. He knew things about this computer inside and out, things that would take me forever to find online... if I could even find them online. He was honest and told me the truth; that he would be taking my money to repair the computer and the reasons why that is. To me, this showed a lot of integrity. Because of the quality of knowledge and honesty I received, if I ever a computer problem I will come back to this little shop.

Had two different desktops repaired by Justin in the past couple years. The service was fantastic and he took time to explain and answer my questions concerning these units. Didnt have to return to the manufacturer or big box store; a short drive from my home.
