I would give no stars if it ok would let me!!!!! The worst customer services I have EVER had to deal with!!! My daughter went there last night to buy a dress with one of her friends. Mind you this was for her prom so two teenagers!!! When she tried the dress on she was having a little trouble with the zipper. She told the man that worked there about the zipper and he said I will fix it. So her being young took his word for it. She brings the dress home and tries it on and the zipper will not go up and there is a small hole in the dress now from where the zipper is ripping it, from trying to zip it up. So, I called the store and explained what was going on and asked if they had anymore in stock and was told no. So, then I asked if we would return the dress that still has the tag on it and we have the receipt for? Now mind you when I called the store the man I spoke with recalled my daughter being there last night. He said no sorry no returns on dresses!!! If you knew it was messed up then why would you sell it or not allow someone to return it?????!!!! We will never buy from that place again and we will get the word out that no one should buy from there either!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of a teenage girl!!!!!!! Hope y’all loss all your business to the point where you have to close!!!!!!
