Let me start off by saying that being from Jersey Ga we try to buy local. I have been buying the same boots from Broad St Boots the past two times Ive needed new boots. I went to purchase my third pair of Justins that were on sale but they only had one pair . I was told if they had to order them I would have to pay full price. They have now permanently lost a local customer. I will be driving out of my way back to Horsetown where I had always shopped previously.Wayne from Jersey Ga.

The store is beautiful & the selection of boots for my 3 boys was great. We just left about 10 minutes ago. My husband spent a nice little chunk of money on 3 pair for all 3. The only issue I had was the young lady & young man DID ask if we needed any help when we walked in but after that they never offered any more help or spoke to us. They stared at us the whole time & watched my husband & I pull boots down trying to find the right size and fit for all 3 kids. I wanted so badly to say something & just walk out & take our business elsewhere but my boys were excited about getting boots today & found what they wanted so I hid my crazy & acted like a lady. Like I said, beautiful store & beautiful selection of boots & clothing but that customer service.... could us a little work.
