I have been trying to get them to pick up our lab coats for 2 months now. Our route guy does not answer the phone or call me back, customer service does not answer the phone or call me back. I tried signing up online and it showed that a pick up would happen the following Monday, but no one ever came.

We used to use AmeriPride, which was a good company for our towel service. However, AmeriPride became Aramark, which was the start of our demise. Aramark is not an upstanding company. I called several times to cancel starting in October, and they told me they would send it on to the person that handled that request. Here it is April, and our service still not been cancelled and now they tell us they need a certified letter. Excuse after excuse and we are done .

I dont know about the other locations but Minneapolis is horrible! Thecustomer service line is even worse. The gal asks me for the customer number... I give it. She states Oh thats not ours. Ok well whose is it?? She says that used to be an AmeriPride account, we bought them but I cant look up their accounts. HUH??! I call the number she gives me. Another gal asks for the customer number. She say Oh Minneapolis? Good luck getting them to answer. Nobody answers the phones. The delivery driver dropped off items but didnt even follow the instructions (that he was provided and trained on). And now we cannot get ahold of anyone for our maintenance teams uniforms.

Worst company i ever dealt with. I own hotel and they bill me way more then their contracted price to us. When I called to straight up the invoices they told me theyll look into it and thats that. Same kind of Billings from next time. Also their driver stays at my hotel and weve direct bill account with them. They owe me more then $4400.00. Every time I called for payment they asked to send them unpaid invoices which we did and thats the end of it. Looks like this company only has accounts receivable department open and they shut down accounts payable department. DO NOT USE TGEIR SERVICE OR SELL THEM ANYTHING. IM PLANNING LEGAL ACTION ON THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst company ever ! There is noone to talk ! They seem they work but there is no one actually working in f.... company. They are not taking care of their customers. They alway lie! They charge for nothing! This is just ripe off.

Parks illegally in bike lanes to try and kill people on bikes. Id give 0 stars if it were an option.

So worth the cost! Ive been getting weekly deliveries of sheets for my massage and eshetitian practice for 3 years. Now Im going there to pick up and deliver, which saves me a lot.
