Ordered by phone. They had it ready with a cut-out box for the fruit arrangement to sit in. Easily transported without worry of tipping over. Ordered chocolate and salted caramel dipped fruit. Confess I would have liked to have been the recipient rather than giver! Very helpful young lady took care of everything for me. Wanted to share how pleasant the staff are here and the great job they do! Sent a package to encourage a dear family’s son and wanted to change an online order. When the package arrived, I thought there was a mistake with the order. They kindly explained what I ordered and the mistake was on my end. I didn’t have an order and they had fruit bouquets made in advance for same day pick up! Perfect option as I was heading to my sister in laws house for her birthday. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Attractive and delicious arrangement of various melons and fruit. Some were selected by me for chocolate coating. Everything was fresh. Price is a bit high.

I never ordered from the store before and I never will again no one told me when I placed my order that someone would have to be home and answer their phone in order to receive their gift not only did my gift not arrive but no one from the store even tried to contact me to tell me their new procedures. When I called to question what happened to my order they said this is what they are told to do from corporate office. I’ve ordered from many other stores and never had a problem like this before during no contact orders.

My boyfriend ordered me edible arrangements for Mother’s Day. I got a phone call around Noon saying “there’s a dog, So He’s leaving my package on a car in the driveway” we tried to tell him the dog is old, and very gentle, so please put it on the porch so it wouldn’t melt. We got home about 30 mins later & the package was on the car, the strawberries were wilted & the chocolate was completely melted. They were on a plastic plate from dollar tree & the delivery man forgot to get the rest of my order off the truck... When my boyfriend called to tell them about the situation & ask for a refund she said “all I can refund is $20”1. If you’re going to be a delivery person, you can’t be afraid of dogs, especially with food items.2. Edible arrangements needs to come up with a better packaging system for their product, instead of a plate from dollar tree, like maybe an insulated box or something to keep it from melting... With what you change per delivery, it’s not like y’all have money issues.

Had an awful experience with them for Valentine’s Day. My husband who is deployed had ordered chocolate cover strawberries for our daughter on February 2nd to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. We waited all day for them to come, I finally decided to call the 1800 number at 5pm since he had ordered online and was told they went out for Delivery at 4:30 And should be receiving them soon. They told me they were coming from the Monroe location. After waiting a few more hours I finally called the Monroe store at 8pm and was told they went out for delivery on one of there 3 trucks at 6:30 pm and should be getting them soon. Well still nothing and called the store at 9:30pm since now it’s past my daughters bedtime and she’s been waiting for something to come from her dad all day!!! I was now told the deliveries had stop for the night and I can wait for tomorrow to pick them up & would be refunded just the delivery. When I picked my order up the next day you can see the chocolate covered strawberries had been sitting out and the chocolate had been melted and then refrigerated again. I will not recommend this location to anyone. We love getting edible arrangements but this location was a huge disappointment.

The business that my order was going to happened to close early that day. I was notified about the unsuccessful delivery. They told they will remake the order on the next business day. It was delivered to my doctors office bright and early. Edible arrangements kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you!
