Easy to work with.I suggest you go to small town Monroe and get treated well. Avoid the Toyota dealership in Janesville. You wont be treated well there.

Got charged $879 for two brake pads. Took 4 and a half hours and for two of those hours I was sitting in an empty waiting room. Ive had good experiences with them in the past but this time was a massive let down. Hope this was a one time only thing

Have bought 5 cars from them. Just bought a Honda cr-v. A.c. problems. 1 week to look at it. 1 week to get a Napa part. 1 week to fix it. 3 weeks total. Went to my local shop. Had the same Napa part in 8 mins. Fixed in 24 hrs. Ruda checked the breaks. When they took off the tire they kept the locking nut key. Not very professional of them.

Let’s start with WOW! JJ and Tony are amazing to work with. We drove from Green Bay for a new Silverado 2500 HD and could not have asked for better service over the phone and text. Very easy to work with. Then when we arrived the owner was first to shake our hands. We really enjoy the “small town” genuineness with a “big town” forward step for service!

I made a mistake by NOT buying here. I went with Toyota in Sycamore, IL. I now take all my Toyota vehicles here for service. The sales team, the service counter, and the service technicians are all top notch. Ive had great experiences each and every time Ive been here (20+). Lesson learned, if another dealer says they can beat the price by a coupe $$....its not worth it, shop local and know youre in good hands.

I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Toyota Corolla SE from Ruda and I have to say it was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. My Salesman Bob was very patient with any and every question I had and at no time made me feel like I was being pressured. Bill and Tony were both helpful with the situation I was in with my previous vehicle and truly helped me out of a poor situation. Customer service through and through was the absolute best I couldve asked for. I will be going through them the next time I am looking into buying a vehicle.

Wouldnt recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I had my car serviced here and I got it back with damage to the hood. The employees failed to tell me that they had damaged my car or to repair the damage they caused.

Great customer service! Just got a new 2017 Toyota Camry and I still need assistance with the technology! I will lean over and turn something off/on and cant figure out what Ive done . . .they are there for me every time! Just recently with the changes in the weather, sensors kept sending me messages I didnt understand . . .they were there for me and explained why I needed more air in my tires!We didnt buy are car here, we were not happy with there attitude, but I guess they have had an amazing attitude adjustment!

We had to take our car in to get serviced. They gave us a loaner, which was new. It took a few days to get it fixed, but that is because they had to order a part. Great customer service.

Had car in to replace piston less then 200 miles later check engine light turned back on brought it back they cleared the code and said must be just a bug it will work its way out ..... turned back on brought it back they said they dont kno what the code number was for so they had to call gm and would get back to me I waited about a week never got a call so I called them and asked bout it and they said oh the guy that is working on that is out of the shop today we will have him call you back ... well never got a call back so I called again ... then got the same story that he wasnt there again and he would call me back ..... and again no call so I called again and same story ..... post poor customer service
