It was worth the drive to Monroe on a Sunday Morning. Met Chris who was helping my old friend Shane on his day off. My Son and I had found the Truck he wanted to drive for the next 10 years on their website and Chris showed him just that Truck and didnt try to change his mind to a used one or one with less equipment. Even though it was his first financed vehicle and was rather expensive no one tried to Switch him to something else. With 50% down it was no problem getting him a great loan and he is so Happy with it as are we since we all drive it from time to time. Chris did a outstanding job making sure we all knew everything we had questions about and all the new tech since our last Chevy Truck was built. Best Truck Purchase Ever, Thanks Guys.
They had my truck 3 different times over 1.5 months. Twice the said they fix the trucks rough running. ($1600) later they said I should come get it because they can’t find the problem. Don’t go there for any reason!!!!!!!

I purchased a new truck from Speedway and, as in the past, was treated with excellent service and consideration. This is the fourth new vehicle that Ive purchased from Speedway and would recommend the dealership to all. In any sales situation, there is the opportunity for misunderstandings and the measure of any party involved is the way they handle these. Speedway, Steve Hanson, and Jeff Gross, along with ownership are available and willing to remedy your concerns, if they may develop. Their service department is excellent, and I would also recommend them for trusted and dependable work when you may need it.
I originally posted negative review (as noted below) for service department failing to address my concerns, which is completely uncustomary for them to do. This business has been TOP NOTCH in customer service so I had waited a few days to post. Manager called today after my post and explained the voicemail had been garbled and he was unable to interpret the phone number from which I called. This is much more in line with my experience with Speedway Chevrolet up to this point. I will update as soon possible as this was my favorite service/dealership.*Original post*I dropped my truck off on Friday evening. When I picked it up on Sunday there was a dent in the passenger side hood and scratch on the passenger side door. I immediately called and left a message, as no one was there from the service department. My friend who gave me a ride to the dealership had said he noticed that the service department took pictures as soon as I drove it in on Friday. I left a message asking to be called and if they had the photos. No one has contacted me.

Erik did a great job explaining the maintenance that was needed.I am withholding a star because my car was needed 6 hours to complete my over $1K service- a loaner would be nice and should be offered. It was not an option (I asked when I made the appointment.). That makes it hard to get around.
Working with Dom was great! He was a super nice guy and helped us find the Tahoe we were looking for. It was pouring rain the day we went to look and he had pulled the trucks up ahead of time so when we got there they were sitting out front and we didn’t have to walk out in the rain with our toddler. Super down to earth and not relatable guy. We are glad to have gotten to work with him during our car buying experience.

I was greeted promptly and shown the car I was interested in (Bolt EV Premier), plus given the opportunity to take a test drive. When I returned, the local expert on EV cars (Jordon) helped answer all my questions. With no pressure, he also reviewed my finance options and explained a number of current incentives which I would benefit from.While it took some time to get the exact car I wanted (Jordon actually went to another dealer to get it), I was able to purchase and drive away with the car I really wanted, all of this two days past a snow storm. Major service appt for my Silverado. Dennis and Scott are the best. Dropped off my truck, got a ride home and that afternoon my truck was ready to go. And the actual bill was less than the estimate. Great service, great people and no surprises, ever!
Everyone was incredibly polite & professional. The service appointment was scheduled online; however, did not register in the schedule for Monroe, WA. Despite this glitch, the service team worked my vehicle in with no issues! Additionally, I asked for no car wash to avoid micro-abrasions to my paint job--and that was documented & honored :)
Quick and easy. Went in for oil change and 30,000 mile maintenance.I would suggest that you fix your online system. Seems like everytime I schedule online the staff do not get accurate information as far as what the appointment is for or any of my vehicle information. All they receive is a generic message.
Staff has always been good, the wait for oil changes is way to long! Recently had $3000.00 worth of work done on my car and when I got it back they didnt tighten the coolant cap down. Drove with coolant spraying all over . lucky my engine didnt over heat. Not to happy about that !! Wont be going back to them anymore.
The sales staff was great and very helpful. The service department has not been. In the 4 months Ive owned my vehicle it has been in the shop 1 month of that time over 5 different visits. The issue is still not fixed. 3 times Ive been given a loaner vehicle. Each time the car was empty and I had to immediately put fuel in it. One loaner needed to be returned due to a mechanical issue and on another occasion my wife was met by a rude member of the service staff. Thankfully our sales representative happened to overhear him and set him in his place. It has been a frustrating experience to say the least.
Some of the best customer service ice ever experienced. Unfortunately we had our car break down 3 days after we purchased it. The were very helpful in helping get the vehicle I to the shop and locating a rental vehicle. I also brought it into get a 100,000 mile tune up.
I Bought a 2018 ram from them used and I by no means expect a used truck to be perfect but when I went to buy the truck I had asked that it be detailed and was told it would be done. The day came where I signed papers and noticed it was still dirty. They said there detailer was behind and would get me in on an appt, I made appt dropped truck off and got a call that there guy couldnt do it. A week later it finally got into a detail shop at there Kirkland dealership they did a good job on the outside paint but basically hit the inside with armor all and left the crud from previous owner on back seat and the at best vacuumed the truck out. I paid roughly 40k for the truck and got run around after being told they would detail the truck and at best got a detail job a 15yr old with some armor all and a vacuum could do. I wouldnt recommend buying from them unless you are ok with the condition the vehicle is in when you test drive it.

This is hands down the best Chevrolet dealership I have been to. I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 6 years and this was by far the best service I have ever received. Ok, first off, you drive by and every vehicle on the lot has its doors open. Middle of spring, pollen in the air, open to the elements, just ridding it of all its new car smell that we all love and expect. Some sort of sells gimic I guess? You drive past and hey what do you know, the RVs are open, lights on 24x7 just wearing it down before you buy it. Dont even try and talk to the sales people at the car dealer side, cant even get them off their desks to give ya the time of day to show you a vehicle. Guys on the RV side are pretty legit though. Who ever this Manager/GM is, you ought to get a promotion. Maybe to customer perhaps! 🤔 luckily we are not in the market any longer, just have to drive past this place on a daily basis. 😞
Worst service. Every time my husband brings in his car, there is more wrong than when we took it in. He went for an oil change and picked it up only to have every light on. He calls them and they pretty much in a few words says oh well I guess your screwed, it wasnt us. Horrible place and my husband will never return there. Not to mention the junkies that hang out here. One crazy junkie imagining I hit her car when I in fact did not. This was proved after she was cursing and swearing at me and my young children. Horrible horrible place. Dont waste your time here.

Seriously told us that the truck we were sitting in was the most expensive one they sell like we couldnt afford it. I went in thinking I might get a new car if the dealer would make a good deal. There were incentives and I had accumulated points on my GMC buypower card. The dealer was accommodating and got me to an out the door price that was more than I hoped for but ended up being a great deal. The dealer worked with me all the way to get into a nice new ride.

Shane our advisor & Joe who handled financing were both exceptional. Weve been in the market for a truck for a while no real need but shopped at least 4 dealerships with conversations visits etc. Working in sales these experiences can be very off putting. Classic sales processes for dealerships, getting commitments, up selling, putting pressure on decision makers. Shane responded to a random phone call, respected me and my space, and listened to what my wife and I were asking for. Both Shane & Joe communicated on our terms and pace and made the process simple and enjoyable. Funny enough this is the second car purchase in two months due to an accident and first Chevrolet either of us have owned. Baring any issues with General Motors itself, I probably wont shop anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Experience was good.. other than buying or Terrain here, this was our first oil change at Speedway.. was quoted an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. So i took the dog for a walk to the elementary school.. 45 minutes later, i got a call starting our car was done.. just in time as we were finishing our walk.. 😊
