Local number does not work and can never get anyone to answer at corporate. They have missed 2 deliveries and cannot get an answer anywhere
The water is great! The company is horrible!! They have horrible customer service. When you call in or make an order online (corporate), it’s not the same as what’s available locally. Example: online you can order Starbucks coffee when in reality Starbucks coffee isn’t available in your area. Online you can schedule a delivery but it still won’t be delivered in the time you requested. The area manager does not call you when requested and they bill you for more jugs than what you got. You have to pay attention to your invoice. Not worth the headache.
