Expensive for certain books depending on majors.

I just called and got hung up on twice to ask for a book I need for the Fall and they hung up on me twice.

Really good food and during lunch supper and breakfast hours really nice and easy to find people to sit with.

They bait and switch like no other. Offer used book pricing and then charge the full amount of a new book to your card. I have chosen the used option every time I have ordered books and I have NEVER received the cheaper used option and I have been a student for 8 years now. Stay away unless you absolutely have to. Use chegg and amazon for all the books that you can.

Its the first week of classes, and Im a full-time online graduate student. Needed two books the first week because I had assignments due over the weekend. One of the books my professor said would be at the bookstore couldnt be found online. Called three times and couldnt get a single person to answer. This has been my experience every time Ive had to deal with the hookstore while being an online undergrad and now graduate student.

The bookstore has anlotnod great amounts of books as well are equipped with school apparel. My biggest complaint is the outrageous pricing.

Everyone is very helpful and nice. Prices are high but what university bookstore isnt.

They help out a lot there! They got everything you need for school!

Though a student at ULM, I have never bought anything here because everything is hell expensive.

Really disappointed when trying to buy books. Two classes could not get books until the end of the semester. Talked with others and there were same problems for them. Really disappointed.
