Its small store but very friendly staff. They do a fantastic job.

When I’m in store the employees are very helpful, but you might as well not even bother calling them for help over the phone. The lady I spoke with would not answer any of my questions, wouldn’t help me return my book or get a refund, and wouldn’t tell me when my books would be shipped when I called the day prior. Never called me back when she said she would, and when I called her she basically said my books not being shipped in time was my problem even though I ordered early. She was very snarky and extremely unprofessional.

I always stop in when in the area and I almost always find something to buy. Great overstock deals on rock and roll books. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
