This is such a great independent bookstore! They have a really great selection of books, and theyre currently open! Theres also a lovely resident book shop cat that hangs out. The owner really curates the book selection to include books relevant/popular today. I would highly recommend buying and selling your books to this bookstore!

This is another great book store. Its been around for a long time and it has a fantastic selection of every kind of book you could want. I especially like older books and they have a lot of those. Just love this place.

Its nice and quiet inside, the employee who was working there was very kind and helped me find the book I was looking for very quickly. the books are mostly in nice condition, and theyre very reasonably priced. the general ambience was nice as well, but that might just be because I like book stores.

I don’t visit this shop often but over the last 5 years or so I have popped in a handful of times especially near the holidays and they usually have a lot of books right inside that a book loving kind of person would appreciate on their coffee table or mantle, perhaps. Overall there is a well curated selection on the shelves and features varied genres and disciplines in various form factors. The owner I believe is truly into books and reading - when talking about books he gets a little animated. Or maybe it’s the coffee! Which he offered to share with me gratis. He has some collector editions - last I was there he had a good, interesting collection to be presented and I do believe I got a fair price on some old sci-fi. I bought a wonderful book of old poetry also, a good 4 years ago and the good service I received then remains consistent. So, drop by and join the book club or something.Buy a Book! Read it!

My new favorite bookshop, fantastic prices and atmosphere!

Totally impromptu visit. I hold a unique topic of interest in non-fiction. Warmly greeted by the owner and with her kind assistance we were able to find a couple of treasures.

The staff here is super friendly and the atmosphere is that classic Book Store atmosphere. I could spend hours browsing their selection and each genre feels like its own cubbty which really makes you feel like youre in your own world. Fantastic!

This is a FANTASTIC bookshop in the old town area of Monroe. Main Street Books carries a vast array of titles and genres. The books are well organized and easy to find. My family has a love for manga and the owner keeps a great selection and is very knowledgeable of anime/manga. The owner and help are always courteous, helpful, and easy to talk with. Definitely check them out. You wont be disappointed.
